By far one of the worst experiences buying directly through a company’s website. I can tell that this company uses a third-party customer service company to deal with their products, which just shows that Mumba doesn’t care about dealing with their customers one on one. I had cancel my whole order due for one of the items being out of stock, but that’s weird it was in stock when I bought it through their website. I was waiting for on update on my order, which I placed on June 8th. I waited a week and a half for any kind update on my order. I had to reach out to their customer service just for them to tell me I had to ether wait for the item to get in stock or they can refund my order. I told them to kindly update my order to the red case, so they could ship it out. The person I was talking to was named Stephanie and she informed me she has no power to update my my order, which just shows you guys use a third party system. I find it hard to believe a company can’t just update an order on their end. I’m just curious if I didn’t contact you guys about this issue would you guys have done anything? I’ve been waiting now for more than 15 days. I bought the case while it was still in stock, but now it’s unavailable. I have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences with your company. Your support email you guys provide in my transaction is mumba@gomumba. com, which isn’t even the email for your support. I had to scavenge hunt on your socials just try find the right email. So please just cancel my order, so I can avoid this company at all cost. This is just ridiculous….

Excellent product, but customer service needs improvement
The mumba case itself is great! Provides great protection for the Switch. Also fits the mumba Blade bumper case it have too.
As for the ordering and communication process from Mumba’s site - not so great. It’s very difficult to contact customer service and receive timely updates. I had to wait several days for an order question regarding when my order would ship to me. After there was a shipping issue and seeing I was given the wrong tracking number, it took a few days to get any response from mumba via the chat option on their website.

Major shipping delay, poor customer service
Ordered February 9th received February 27th. Policy states shipping to occur up to 72 hrs after order. Didn’t ship until about the 20th. Received an order confirmation email, but never received a shipping notification. Emailed customer service requesting information about the delay. Never received a reply.

I ordered two of the same product. They only sent one. I tried to contact them several times by email but they never replied and I couldn't find a telephone number. Had to call my credit card company and dispute half the charge.
Missing item
I ordered 3 items. A travel carrying case, a blade series case for Nintendo switch OLED, and tempered glass screen protectors. When my order arrived I only received 2 of the 3 items. The Blade Series case was not in the package that arrived. I tried contacting customer service via email but have not gotten a response and there is no other way to get in contact to find out what is going on with the rest of my order. The products I did receive are great and I am happy with them but I am very disappointed with thr customer service.
