Confusing practice going on with this .com.
I downloaded software to edit pdf, paid £20.17. Editing a pdf got increasingly difficult until impossible, and when I wanted to save the work a further charge was requested! Rubbish software and confusing practice, but not declared at the outset.

This company is totally wrong. I bought a driver . I paid . I installed. And then crashed my new ebook. I call the company he wants to help but nothing from that. I want my money back.
