Not best

Process was smooth. I gave only two stars because employees didn’t give me reply on time. For an example, When I sent the email related to quarries today, they reply me after a week. Like for now I mailed my spouse’s income letter for check on 21st July to review and any correction, but till now I didn’t get reply. What to do? I called, no one answer. I need to submit the letter at my CRA account. Please reply on time and pick the call.
