Good product, can't deliver (literally)
Good Clean Love products are great, non irritating, and non infectious. I have been a loyal customer for awhile, however I like to buy directly from their website. On my most recent order I was bummed to discover they are using a delivery carrier called OSM Worldwide. It is one of these carriers that has seemingly sprung up over night like ontrac and speedx that are very very unreliable. Companies who decide to use these carriers despite their horrible reputation online and the immense frustrations they cause customers are showing they do not care about you. There are certainly enough brands with similar products now to Good Clean Love that you can spare yourself the headache. Now, of course, my most recent order is in limbo after OSM attempted a delivery on a day I was home all day and the doorbell never rang... so yeah. Do better Good Clean Love.
