Gooddealsus Reviews

STEALING OUR MONEY!
This company makes false advertisement. It is only to steal peoples money. I order a beautiful baby doll looks like real suppose to be a 21 inches long. more than a month later I received an ugly small doll (7) inches, really looked like Chucky. No place to send it back, no address, no receipt, no body to represent the company.
So before you buy something for this company look at the reviews. That was my mistake. They say the headquarters are in US, but they are in LONDON

I ordered a beautiful lifelike baby girl doll and received nothing like my order. It is not lifelike. It is not a girl. It has no gendered anatomy. It is no bigger than my hand, slightly bigger than a coffee cup and its bodysuit is too big for it. The paint is peeling off it’s whole body and it has no dummy or mouth opening as advertised. I am extremely disappointed as it was to be a gift to my granddaughter to celebrate the arrival of her baby sister in September. I imagine the paint peeling off it would be unsafe to let a child play with, So I wouldn’t give this doll to a charity or secondhand shop - actually I would not even give it to my dog to play with. This doll is disturbing, it looks like a stillborn premature baby. I am disappointed, disgusted and angry, I have put in a paypal dispute and awaiting a reply. The company in China who have supplied the doll through gooddealsus have offered me a $6USD of the $40USD I paid

Do NOT order from this company you will get scammed! I ordered 2 life like journey dolls for my daughter, 1 boy 1 girl. They were supposed to be 17" dolls and what I got were 2 very cheap dolls approx 5 inches long that look horrible, not even made of silicone. I wouldn't even let her take them out of the ziplock baggies they are in. I kept emailing because it had been a long time since I ordered and the last response assured me that my order had reached its destination country yet the shipping label shows it came from NJ!!

I saw the ad for the 22" Nina Truly Baby Doll on Facebook. I went to their website (gooddealsus.com) and order 1 girl doll. After I had ordered this doll I saw that someone wrote it was a scam. I checked with my card carrier and the money had already been with drawn. I wrote to gooddealsus and told them that I wanted my money back. Of course that didn't happen. I got an almost uncomprehensible answer back. I tried 2 more times and still nothing. I just received my 6 or 7 inch doll...nothing like what I ordered and this little thing cost me $40.98. That may not seem like a lot to some people but to me it was a lot. It was to be a Christmas present for my 3 year old great grand daughter. I am so mad. I am taking this doll and all the print offs of my order and the picture and information of the doll to my bank. I may not get anywhere with this...but I am going to try. I tried to go back on line using the link from my receipt and it gave me a 404 error code. I went through their gooddealsus.com and was directed to one page from which nothing toy related works. No dolls of any kind. I think they have moved on and I am no longer seeing the ad on Facebook. I had seen that ad for more than a month and now nothing. If I could put a - star rating I would. They are thieves and this is a scam! Hope you have not ordered from them already ...if you have... You've been had!

I also ordered the Real Life Journey Baby Doll. I read all the details on the item. Tried to look up the company for complaints, and didn’t find any at the time. Ordered on 6/23/20. Chose the girl outfit. Price being$29.99 seemed reasonably for a doll of this size and description. Thought the freight was high at $8.99. But over all figured it was a legit site because it wasn’t super cheap. Wrong! Other comments are correct it looks like a dead fetus about 5 to 6 inches long. Indefinite face, only clothes is a piece of white fabric with holes for arms, legs, head. How horrible if a child opened the package! Which by the way was a qt. size zip bag in a mailing envelope. I purchase on line to avoid going into a store because of the virus, since I am at high risk. These people should be held accountable!

I ordered a babydoll size as a baby but received an ugly small doll. I paid with PayPal, but I am not sure I will get my money back.
They are not wise because if they delivered what they showed, they would have a good business.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I got totalt wrong tiny ugly plastic broken dolls but I order and payd for dolls in real baby size for my daughter.
I Think I dont get my money back. This Company is a joke! How Will I have my money back?
I payd whith pay pal.

Similar to other people paid for an item which when arrived resembled badly made chew toy not at all as advertised and to make it worse PayPal failed to accept post office proof of postage on return which means I have nothing to show for the money they have stolen! And no option of any refund!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Totally disgusted.
I ordered an African American doll named Karen. I paid close to $60. In the ads she was exquisite. It was for my African Australian granddaughter.
I am so glad she did not open the parcel because what I received looked like a dead foetus. I have asked for a refund and have been offered a ridiculously small amount PLUS I have to post this rubbish back at my cost. This company is a complete scam.

I was solo excited I order the life like doll July 9 and I'm just now getting it.what I got was a very tiny dollar tree doll.nothing like I ordered.how can people's be so evil.the doll they send me was in a zip lock bag.50.00 gone down the drain.i want to say this to all the peoples they scammed don't worry they will get theirs.i just hope no one else order from these people.hey what can we say.if I had of known it was from China I never would have order it.i myself will never order anything from China again.im so sorry for all of you especially the children.how can they do children like that.no heart at all.

Hi I purchased a product off this site.it was nothing like what I ordered.i ordered a girl doll with clothes.i got a boy doll with nothing.spend $39dollsrs.it was ripped and absolutely disgraceful in the condition I received it in.after emails they have offered me $9..not good enough.said to me I could sell it on even if I wanted too you couldn't in its condition.i did email them back and told them it was a insult but have heard nothing back.this is my 3rd time ordering off the internet and it hasn't been a good experience 😕

I too was scammed by this company. I learned my lesson! I suspect they have other scams out there under other company names. There is a familiarity when I see other ads on Facebook. Wish I would have seen this website sooner!

If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. They are a total scam. I was supposed to get a "17 inch real life journey doll", but the package I received was 6 inches long. I sent it back return to sender. This company falsely advertises and puts bogus reviews on their website.

This is the worst item i have ever bought on the internet. i ordered a lifesize doll for my grandaughter ane received a 6" scary dog toy through my letterbox. I cannot believe that this company is still allowed to trade and shame on you paypal for allowing yourselves to be associated with it. shame i had to give it one star because i would love to give a minus score!!!

This is a total scam. PayPal will not work with me on getting my
Money back. The doll is about 5” long and gross. This makes me sick.

If I could put a 0 for rating, that's what it would be. This site is a scam, so don't order ANYTHING from them, no matter how good it seems.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
This is a scam paid £32.00 and got what I can only call a dog toy turn up in the post 2 months later, they offered 15% and to gift the "doll" to a friend! I don't dislike anyone enough to gift this chucky toy!
You could of bought something from a pound shop that would of been better quality, one very upset 8 yr old who used her own money to buy this "doll"
AVOID at all costs

This is a scam!!! I paid 40$ for a life like baby doll and got a 5 inch plastic thing that looks like a dog toy!!!!!!

This is the worst company ever! I spent over $150 and all the merchandise is garbage. Bought 4 life like dolls that are a joke! They advertise at 17" with hair, eyelashes, and clothes, pacifier, and bottle. The dolls are 7" plastic and nothing included. I wish I had seen this site and reviews before ordering. Hopefully I will get my money back but I'm not holding my breath. Last time I ever order from an unknown online company.
Update-after e-mailing the company and going back and forth with them, I received an offer for a $2 refund. I am appalled!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My neices daughter used her birthday money to buy a real baby doll image online was beautiful doll received nothing like image and not even worth giving the dog to play with. How dare you disappoint little girls - stealing their money you should be hung drawn and quartered for your theft!
