Ordered a part needed in as short a time as possible and Goode Leisure had a next day option. Reliable and arrived in the desired timeframe. Good communication throughout.

Purchased treefrog pro 2 bike rack , order came quickly on standard delivery , packaged undamaged so all good , on opening noticed green axle plugs missing and extra axle mounts ? So on testing suction pads pumps I tried them all and 1 failed button stayed in , thought is was broke , so rang up next day to query the issue's and spoke with with a nice chap (forgot his name sorry) explained that they had no 15x110plugs for quick release so they give me some 15x110 axle mounts as-well and plugs will follow when there delivery come in , then when I was talking through the suction issue he's told to pull the button out to release air , and check for damage, I felt the cover release off suction pad cover (then the penny drops) it was to totally user error on my behalf 🤣, so big thanks to mans name I forgot , felt like he new his stuff ,would be happy to use and recommend again ,

Really impressed with customer service and big shout out to Simon, who after ordering roof racks and flush rail feet, he picked up straight away that I had picked the wrong combination for my vechicle and advised on what I needed. Delivery was really prompt. Very impressed

I messed up buying roof bars - didn't realise I needed the fitting kit as well. And then realised just before going on holiday...

They had the part in stock, double-checked it was on the shelf to be certain, and then sent it by 24-hour tracked delivery at no extra cost because of my situation.

Wrong parts delivered for ford ranger. Not as described, looks like its from China or something,
mold on wheel arches don't even line up, don't fit and was meant to be smooth but weird cavities at the front for sensors or something although there is none, wish I could post a picture of the cheap S$$t they sent!! Over 500 quid on grill and arches btw!!. I am an RAF engineer with 16 years experience this is the worst parts I have ever see and I've ordered spares from all over the globe. DO NOT listen to there videos!!!! Looks professional but absolute lies!!! Snapped front bumber following there video that said 'only three screws' hold it on, 16 later!! B$#llocks!! Stop lying!! Order somewhere else

I needed a set of roof rack bars for my Vauxhall Zafira. I had trolled through many websites and was not quite sure what was what..... I came across Goode Leisure and there website was really easy to use, i rang them just to confirm what i was ordering will be suitable for my needs. The guy on the phone knew the products inside out and he was so polite.
