Worst customer service

I have tried to reach out to Good eyeglasses for a week. No one answers my call or replies to my emails. My frame hinge keeps breaking. I also tried to write "review and ratings" on their site, but it doesn't go through; they block all bad ratings.

Sent them my frames over a month went…

Sent them my frames over a month went by and they kept telling me that they had not received them but were checking. Checked tracking with Canada post and tracking listed as delivered to the post office where they pick up.
They pick up at a post office. They Have NO address of record or listed physical location.YOU can only send to them by post no Fedex or ups ? Very difficult to contact them other than by text.
They denied picking up my frame offered me a $18 dollar credit for a $150 frame they lost.
This place is a scam ! Not recommended!

I ordered glasses on June 17

I ordered glasses on June 17. It is now July 17, and I have not received the glasses, nor have I received any communication from the company. I contacted them today to inquire about my order. I was told that the frames and lenses had been received from the distributer and was forwarded to edging. I asked why it had already taken a month. The representative replied that the frames had been a special order. This was not the case. I ordered frames pictured on the website and listed as available. I informed "Betty" of this. Her reply was simply, "I understand. I apologize for the delay. and will contact you when they are shipped." I stated my frustration and indicated that I would not be using this company again and would not be recommending it. The response was, "I understand." I decided to leave a review of 1 star and explain this experience, but when I hit "post review," the site crashed. I tried again. This time, I got a message that said there were technological difficulties and I should try again later. That's when I searched for reviews on the company from somewhere other than their website. I found a lot of bad reviews and similar experiences on the Better Business Bureau website. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a dispute as soon as I post this review.

with a little research I located this and I will continue. You have messed with the wrong daughter! Im not like most of your customers that you have taken advantage of or scammed and having them receive numerous emails requesting additional information. I have people on my payroll that I will assign them the task of finding anything and everything they can on the business and the person or persons behind this and the through put I have people I Poorer f with a little research I located this and I will continue. You have messed with the wrong daughter! Im not like most of your customers that you have taken advantage of or scammed. So for my daughter, and everyonr that has been mislead, I will be investing my time, money, resources and staff, which are IT, Website auditors and software creators, as well as my business lawyet, and a staff of research investigators and fraud prevention and data researchers. This is my gift to everyone mislead by this makeshift and unprofessional seller, you can thank my daughter for this, she was suckered by this company. You have messed with the wrong mother. I will provide all findings so we will know how to spot a fraud based seller, as well as providing my daughter and her peers knowledge and the tools to protect them from people and businesses that have sold their character for a dollar. Karma today is her mama, and her team of knowledgeable staff with the tools and time required at their daughter disposal. They will.find everything about this makeshift business stalking the online buyers. Goodnight, from the mother of the daughter you tried to scam. Next letter will address you by name.

Agree with a previous post

Agree with a previous post: This is a scam company--wish I would have read reviews before sending money to purchase a pair of frames. I did receive the frames but returned them because they were not right for me. Return address is in Victoria, Canada; pricey return. USPS tracking indicated that frames were received 12/3/18. Have called, emailed regularly since then. No reply. Submitted complaint to Canadian BBB. GEG did not respond to BBB calls either. Money lost; demoralizing.

I ordered a pair of frames for a competitive price from this website. I received an email saying that the color I ordered was out of stock and would come in at the end of the month. As the end of the month came and went, no update from them. I emailed them 3 times and asked for a status update. No answer from them. I tried calling only to get their answering machine each time. I left a voicemail message. No answer from them. I saw the color of frames I wanted advertised again on their website for about $20 more. I emailed them again saying that if the reason they are not responding is because they do not want to sell me the frames for the original low price offered I was willing to pay the higher price to get the frames. Again, no response. 10 days past the date the glasses were supposed to come in and many attempts to call them, I am asking for a refund. Hopefully, I will get it. I will never use this merchant again and advise everyone against them.

Called customer service to confirms a frame was available. Ordered it - later told it was not available by email. Again called to assure my frame was available for a different order - two weeks later, my order was cancelled by email - not available. TERRIBLE.

scam.

Placed an order for frames, shipping said 8-12 business days. It has been a month and I never received the order. Complained a number of times, only received automated responses that were the same message every time. Then they stopped responding. Still nothing. This company is a scam.

I do not advise using this company.

I initially had a great experience with the online associate who helped me. Then I got the glasses. one lens was made with a - when it should have been a +. They said they would remake the lens and send it to me to put in the frame. I have not been wearing glasses for long, and I was definitely unhappy with that idea. So I packed up everything (case and all) and sent it back. I got back the frame with the new lens inserted, and for some unknown reason, the incorrect lens loose in the box. I did not get the case, etc back. Also, ship times are lengthy with them. I finally figured out that they are in Canada (this is not transparent on their website). If I had known that from the beginning I never would have bought from them, because it just adds time to getting what you ordered. I do not recommend this company at all. Only got two stars because of the associate who initially assisted me, otherwise it would be 1 star.
