The sales people are nice

The sales people are nice; not medical personnel, so some on what they tell you isn’t true. The inserts are premade(not sized to you), the prices are really high $1000-2000 and product is non-refundable, they don’t tell you that when you pay— they circled on receipt and we didn’t notice until we got to car!
