I’ve been using my inserts faithfully for a little over a year but began to have some pain on my left inside foot. I stopped in today and met with Alex to discuss and check to see what I needed to do differently. Alex suggested to start wearing the strengthening inserts for 2-3 hrs instead of just one and see if that helps. As always, very impressed with customer service. Thank you!
James is just about the best person for this job. He is a very knowledgeable, relatable, and hilarious guy who has the fitting process down to an art. Inserts feel great so far!
