Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the products to be significantly overpriced, with some feeling pressured into purchasing expensive, non-customized inserts that did not provide the promised relief. Reviewers frequently reported that the products were ineffective, and in some cases, even worsened their pain or caused new issues. The quality of the products was also a concern, with some insoles breaking down quickly. However, some customers had positive interactions with the staff, describing them as welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. A few people also reported that the inserts, along with other products like socks, did alleviate their foot pain, with some experiencing significant improvement in long-standing conditions.

Charged an elderly woman over 3000 $…

Charged an elderly woman over 3000 $ for inserts . When she couldn’t pay it off in 100days. They had her sign up with a leasing agreement. Which if I (her daughter) did find the payments she was making - $385 per month- after she had already paid 3411.85$. The total cost would have been $6935 for shoe inserts. Once they were done scamming her. That store should be ashamed taking care advantage of people old or young. There are no inserts that should cost that much money.

Run far away!!!

I went in for pain in my left foot & ankle at the Cherry Hill NJ location. The sales associate had me try on the strengtheners & maintainers with shoes supplied in store - a pair of Brooks sneakers. Why are we trying these on with those types of shoes & not our own personal shoes? As expensive as the packages are, you would think they’d be included. I was also told that I could wear the strengtheners & maintainers at home with slippers, which I did but hours later I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like my feet were on fire.
I wore the relaxers out of the store after purchasing which I was advised that these can be worn anytime by the store associate. After wearing them for about 45 minutes, my legs & lower back were hurting. I tried wearing the relaxers to work twice in separate shoes & both feet hurt after wearing them 3 hours the first day & 30 minutes the second day. I had to take the inserts out of my shoes.
When the associate was bagging me up, that’s when the “sales policy” was mentioned - no returns or refunds. They cost $1700. A few days later I sent a complaint to the BBB & I went back to the store with the inserts telling the manager I didn’t want them. The manager still wanted me to be refitted regardless of my dissatisfaction. She took my information, my complaint & “submitted” it to customer service. The store called me wanting to resolve the issue late on a Friday afternoon almost a month later. I called them back a few days later & left them a voicemail. I didn’t receive a call back. The BBB sent me the store’s written response over 30 days later saying they still want me to be refitted. The BBB had already closed the case due to the store’s lack of response (they give 3 weeks for businesses to respond). I responded again with my dissatisfaction, told them I no longer wanted the system & said I would return it. The store didn’t respond back & BBB closed the case again. I wrote a complaint to CareCredit where I opened a line of credit & the store responded at the end of 45 days. The store’s director that provided the bank with a response gave twisted & false statements saying I still had the system in my possession - well yea because when I tried to return them I was told to take them back home. Then they stated they hadn’t heard from me when they called but I did call & left a voicemail. The bank wrote back, said they closed my dispute & told me to return back to the store with the inserts. I went back to speak with the new store manager which was the associate that originally fitted me because they let the first manager go. I was told they needed to submit this letter from the bank to customer support because they weren’t aware of any complaints. Didn’t they take my complaint when I came in the first time??? I was told I would hear something back in a day or two. I called back almost a week & a half later. I left two voicemails, an online message & called customer service to let them know I was trying to get in touch with the store manager. The woman said she would pass my message on to his director & a couple hours later he called me back. He said he would look into seeing if I could get store credit. I called him back almost a week later & he was told since it was past 60 days I couldn’t receive store credit & they still want me to be refitted.
Regardless of how I feel, they are forcing me to have & pay for something that I DO NOT WANT. I told the manager that their sales policy is terrible & I don’t trust their business.
Please stay away from this place. Ignore the commercials. Go to a podiatrist, go to a shoe store or even Walmart to get some cheap inserts or buy a pair of Skechers. Their instruction sheet even says if the inserts don’t work to go see your doctor. They know this product is not for everyone & this place can’t be trusted. They take advantage of people’s pain & make thousands of dollars from it.

I was suckered into $1700 “system” two…

I was suckered into $1700 “system” two days ago. I got home and had immediate buyers remorse. Something didn’t feel right. I started asking myself questions: how does a foot imprint define my exact root cause of heel pain? How is this custom fit when all the inserts were was off the shelf! Why is this non refundable? Why was this $1700 for three pairs of inserts and a pair of shoes that I could get at dsw. I called 30 minutes after I got home and spoke to the very sales guy who sold me the “system”. Told him I had major remorse and needed to do more review. He said I’ll have to work with customer service to get approval. After I pressed him he finally said that within 24 hours of your purchase, you can return for full refund. I am writing this review so hopefully others will see podiatrist first before getting any kind of solution for your foot pain. Also, if you do get pulled in, you have 24 hours to return. I went to good feet because of tv commercials I’ve seen and I was in pain looking for a quick fix. Not a good idea! Do your research. I have an appointment with podiatrist tomorrow!

my experience with Good Feet at Valley…

my experience with Good Feet at Valley Mall I
in Spokane Washington began several years ago. I originally came into the store because of severe foot pain. I limped in and walked out pain free. so, to make a LONG story short, I have experienced four major surgeries on my right foot over a year and a half. I have permanent damage to my right foot. I have just gotten to the place where I can limp walk after six months on a knee scooter. I remembered my experience years ago with Good Feet. I called and talked with Kevin, the manager at the Valley store in Spokane Valley Washington. I told him my story and he listened and said come in and I will work with you and get you going again. on January 17. 2026 I went in and met with Kevin and his wonderful staff. Kevin listened to my story, spent time with me to get the correct orthotics and made very helpful suggestions for the shoes I needed. which I did purchased there. Keven made no promises but gave me hope that I would regain my balance and walk without assistance. Kevin had compassion and knowledge of how to help me. I left the store standing straight and walking mostly on my own. I have a long journey ahead of me but, Kevin promised he would be there for me if I needed any further adjustment or just question about any concerns. THANK YOU KEVIIN!!!!!

I walked into a Goodfeet store in…

I walked into a Goodfeet store in Glendale, Arizona with foot pain . I have high arches. I usually can find shoes in stores that have a heal to toe slope . Anyways as I tried some of their shoes on the sales rep started selling me on the inserts, arch supports and other socks . It was about two hours later that I decided on some items and paid near $800 . I didn’t have an HSA account which makes these type of purchases less expensive. Anyways the good news was the inserts which could be use to mine all my shoes I already had at home were well used also the copper knee high socks were also beneficial. These copper socks help circulation while wearing. Pretty expensive and best worn in bed. All the other socks I bought there also long lasting and snug. The custome orthotic arch supports were limited value. I bought a pair of open toed sandals and place the arch trainer in and wear at home for about an hour and the pain worsens. I suppose a podiatrist designed them .. I find yoga, stretching, bicycling and other exercises to be most effective with avoiding osteoarthritis issues oh and a good chiropractor and massage therapist way more of a smart investment. I do think the socks there were worth every dime .

I bought 3 sets of inserts called “…

I bought 3 sets of inserts called “ maintainers “, “strengtheners” and “relaxers “ for over 1500$ in Huntersville good feet store in NC. The sales person talked us into buying all the sets selling the concept of life style change. But slowly my feet got worse and I was in constant pain. Every time I went back to the store complaining about the pain, they gave me another set as “adjustment to my feet”
My pain only worsened and realized it late that it was not working . Calls to the store asking for a refund was futile as expected .
The store is a scam fleecing people promising relief from pain when it clearly does not work

Unhappy Customer

I was a lst time customer in the Good Feet Store in Plano and they did a good job of selling the product. However, after I purchase $2200 of items and came home to use them after 3 days of wearing the arches based on their schedule. I am a 70 year old female and now I am in so much pain I can hardly walk or sleep my feet, shoulders, and hips are just hurting

Ridiculous price for shoe inserts

I was experiencing pain on the outside of both of my feet. My orthopedist diagnosed me with bunionettes and recommended that I get shoes that would significantly provide arch support and redistribute the weight on my feet. I decided to check out the Good Feet Store. The clerk took a good deal of time measuring my feet to tell me my shoe size (it was the same as I already knew). Then she checked and there were no shoes in my size. Then she demonstrated a three set of inserts that were to be worn with different types of shoes. I tried them in my shoes and they did make a difference. Then the pain moved from my feet to my wallet. The inserts were almost $4000 and I constantly had to change them based on the shoe I was wearing. These were manufactured inserts. The cost and inconvenience were ridiculous.

The pain in feet makes you feel terrible

The pain in feet makes you feel that this garbage is very helpful. Good feet is a real scam and my feet and back hurts much more than when I arrived to the store. Psychologically you fall in this perfect ripoff. The employees take advantage of your pain to convince you that they are the perfect solution for your pain. Avoid any Good Feet store since they know how to convince you. If you buy you'll regret it.

Woth the Expense

In the past I've had trouble with my feet. I had a podiatrist fit me with specially made orthodic inserts for my shoes. They didn't work well. I've also purchased OTC inserts and they did little to nothing. A good friend told me that his uncle had great results by going to the Good Feet store so I decided to go to them. They put me through the entire process that others have explained. I purchased two pair of shoes, some socks and the inserts for their 3 step process. The inserts were number 1, corrective then the number 2, maintainance of what the #1 corrected and then a set of number 3 for relaxation during the evenings. That was 30 plus days ago and my feet are improving daily and starting to feel really so much better. Yes, they are expensive but they are worth every dollar I paid for them. What a wonderful outcome just by following their instructions. Money well spent.

Overpriced and not Fit for Purpose

Whilst the staff are lovely and the store is appointed as if you've stepped into a medical specialist's office the business is anything but based on my experience and opinion.

The business makes claims about the products being clinically and medically proven but the inserts are not registered with the TGA and before any pricing is given the staff will have you sign a standard form contract stating that you acknowledge they're not medically trained.

The products are advertised as custom fit, however the business will state that they are simply non-prescription retail supports that their team have been trained to fit. This runs contrary to the comparatively high cost ($3600 for the basic package) which would imply quality.

If you attempt to return the products because you find they're not fit for the purpose you declared due to the product causing actual pain and not just discomfort the business will state that a return or refund is not available because the product is not faulty. This refund policy was not declared to myself during my purchase and was only found on the receipt after completion.

Went in looking for pull on arch supports like Strutz Pro. They tried to give me some line of BS that I had to be measured in all this. I knew it was a scam. Amazon sells these pull on arch supports. I have such high arches. It takes two on each foot.

Scam! Not a comfort store

The company could improve by lowering the price (to one-tenth of the price, which is what they’re worth), offering a variety of products, and not scamming.

They put you on a vibrator (for both feet, available on Amazon for $200) which makes the inserts feel great. They won’t feel great when you wear them the next day, they’ll feel like rocks in your shoes. And EXPENSIVE rocks! Over $2000 for this product, which doesn’t work.

Trying on the insoles they hurt my feet…

Trying on the insoles they hurt my feet worse then they already were. He of course tells me it will hurt because of my foot not being right. By the time I left the store my feet were tingling and hurting. They are not custom made to your feet. They are machine generated numbers based on the imprint you made. He sure tried his best to sell me a pair. I flat out told him im not convinced and I dont see them helping.

Say NO to SNAP Financing..paid $8k for $3k of items

Great experience. Took 2 years after fitting until purchase. Unfortunately, I applied for and was accepted into SNAP financing, but ended up paying $8,000 for a $3,000 package for my husband and me. Will not recommend SNAP because it is too high. I'm glad the items come with a lifetime replacement guarantee. Feet have never felt better.
