Scam

Was supposed to do a pre purchase inspection. Did not catch major repair codes when ignition was turned on. Paid $3000 nonrefundable deposit based on inaccurate information and they will not return any calls.

Christian and The Wiper Motor

The mechanic, Christian, worked for two days trying to get my vehicle repaired. Replacing the wiper motor led to a host of new issues. However, he never gave up, never complained, or showed any negativity towards the challenge. He was personable. He communicacted well whether in person, phone, or text. The office communicated well too. I always knew what was happening and who was coming.

Pricing was fair. Nice cleanup afterwards as well.

I have used Goodhood a couple times and will continue. Nice to get your car repaired on your own property verses driving to a shop, leaving it for several days, and ubering back, or, hoping there is a courtesy service.

Thank you!!!

Horrible Service

Please do not use this service. The technician came to my home and gave me a quote on my Jaguar. It didn’t appear to be accurate given the issues I was having with my car. I tried multiple times to contact someone about it. since I was unable to speak to someone I went to European Auto and I was right they fixed something different. I paid over $300 less than the quote I got from Goodhood. Stay away I do not recommend.

Stranded for Thanksgiving While loved…

Stranded for Thanksgiving While loved one's are given days to live in the hospital. Thanks for everything Goodhood.

Car stranded me for the same issue they repaired less than a month from them servicing my vehicle. I was recommended to them by a family member who uses them. When I called the person that referred me to Goodhood they said something similar happened to them. They came up to sit with me and help me take pictures and video after hours of sitting in the car waiting for a tow truck. My family member said that surely the work is under warranty, so they will come out and look at it. I sent pictures, video, left voicemails and emails only to to finally talk to a live person around three p.m. to have something happen to that call on their end after I said my name. I had given up when they called me after 4pm after having started trying to get the issue resolved since before 7pm the day before. No techs available and they wanted more money for the same issue and to come and check what they obviously did not fix thoroughly the first time. I ordered my part on Amazon it was a fourth of the price with good reviews. To me good customer service would have come with compassion, shame that yet another customer's problem was not resolved and putting your hand out for more money when the last thing you were paid for is still broken. Thanks for RUINING my holiday and weekend plans. Happy Thanksgiving. I asked about someone coming out first thing Friday and I still do not have an appointment. Run, do not use them.

Update, the mechanic does work on the side gave me his cards to pass out and use myself. He only does work on the weekend. So Tuesday when I contacted him he said he would let me know something in a couple of hours. No response. So Wednesday I reached out to GoodHood all day. So I finally speak with them, the call I mentioned above about the warranty and that he told me about which he did the on Tuesday. He then calls me later upset because they are saying there is a conflict I told him what I said to them. I only said he told me about the warranty. I was not trying to get anyone in trouble at work so he is supposed to let me know something by Friday if he and is wife family are back from Oklahoma. No call from him so I make an appointment with GoodHood on Friday 11/24 for Saturday between 11/25 8-12am different tech I think. I was told they only have one tech. I get a text from someone saying that he the side-hustling mechanic refused to come and after their talk I can get no further work done. He breached his contract with Goodhood, he is poaching your customers and now I am stranded because I guess you can forgive his lies and I end up out in the cold again with my car broken. None of them have honored their word or shown professionalism. Use a dealership or real licensed mechanics. I have been stranded for 4 days now at their mercy based off of their word and broken professional promises.
