Now I have ordered my second one in Thailand and hoped that it would arrive in time for my birthday in February. It was delivered after only six days.

This could be some misunderstanding.
The shipper, TNT express, had confirmed delivery of the shipment since July 7, 2021 as per link below;

Nothing was wrong with the delivery.
However, we are investigating the issue with them and hope the problem be found soon.
Receiving the items just two days after purchased. The parcel packed very well.
