I will only do business with Goodjoseph from now on!

I had the best experience with Good Joseph! They are knowledgeable, and very helpful! They are very professional, the prices are so reasonable. My fish are gorgeous, and they showed up a day early. They came packed with such care. Now I can't imagine purchasing anything for my tanks from anyone else, I am a customer for life!!!
So Thank you, and keep up the excellent service!!!

Big fish

My son adores fish. He wanted to see a lot of them and; I decided to show him. He was amazed at how big the fish are and; he enjoyed staying here. We will visit here again some other time.

Buyer BEWARE! SCAM SITE! They Will Steal Your Money

several problems with this purchase, and that's too bad because this was a test order and i was going to spend thousands on rainbow fish with you, but you failed hard.

#1 you sent me 2 fish i paid for 6 your ad clearly states that you sell these fish in 3 packs, i will copy and paste it below for you, if i was ordering single fish i would have done it on your website where they are cheaper your words below!
. We sell these fish in a school of 3 because they are known to do best in groups of 3 or more.

#2 fish arrived dead!

#3 terrible communication

#4 you delayed my order for a month without my permission and without anything in your auction posted about delaying order for a month

#5 you marked my order as shipped 3 weeks before you shipped it, without providing a tracking number and took a long time to respond to what was going on

#6 you then asked for positive feedback before you even sent my order when you already knew i was upset with you delaying my shipment 4 times.

#7 dishonest and unconcerned customer service that does not respond very quickly, also bad business practices

order problem please provide full refund or i can open a case with ebay and and paypal and get my money back that way! if i have to take my time to get ebay and paypal to force a refund i will be sure to take the time to leave appropriate feedback in all the places i can example ebay, google, review sites, your website, and any other social media i can find, this is fair to share my terrible experience with other people to let them know in my opinion NEVER should they buy from you...... but really i'm so frustrated with how you guys have conducted business with me i just want it to be over so do the right thing for once in this transaction and provide me the full refund i deserve. i just wish i would have requested a refund weeks ago so you would not have borrowed my money for a month with me getting nothing in return for you borrowing my money for so long!!!

you dont have anything to say for yourself? I paid for 6 fish. You delayed my order for a month and only sent me 2 fish? I gave you 27 hours to respond. Your time is up. I'm filing a claim against you and am spending my night leaving feedback every place I can find detailing my experience with you, you need to refund my money for this ridiculous...
"GoodJoseph Fish Store" - goodjosephlivefishstore.com - In a move that is certainly not good, GoodJoseph Fish Store was found to be using 52 (!!!) photos produced and copyrighted by Aquatic Arts on their website without authorization. They have been contacted and we are not yet sure how this situation will resolve, but hopefully we are not once again forced to sue in the event the owner refuses to take responsibility for the theft and discuss a settlement/penalty.

Awesome fish!

Fast, safe shipment and healthy fish. This is my first mail order live fish. This experience gave me good confidence from this shop so I will be coming back for more.

Excellent fish and customer support

The fish I have received from Goodjoseph are always in Excellent Condition and acclamation to tank is perfect! I have never lost a fish from Goodjoseph and will Always buy from them in the future. Also, I recently ordered a species of tetra/danieo which was out of stock. Goodjoseph contacted me immediately to resolve the matter. ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Terrible servoce

never received the catfish I ordered. I sent an email trying to find out how much longer it would be and never got a response. Not at all satisfied and it looks like I'm out my money.

Excellent service

Excellent service he was cery responsive. He kept in touch and abreast on shipping. He informed me when a fish was not available ge asked if I had any problem with making anither selection and i agreed.
