I've dealt with half a dozen different mortgage brokers, and Goodlend are the best by a country mile.

Their online ID verification, application and document upload system made everything as much of a breeze as it could be - no more trips to the post office to do ID verification, or finding JPs during business hours to get stat decs done.

Our loan was reasonably complex (multiple properties as security, with very tight serving and a slow, recalcitrant bank), but Trevor and the team managed to get it over the line in the nick of time by putting in hours of evening and weekend work, following up constantly with the bank and keeping us informed every step of the way. Goodlend are genuinely passionate about helping us get the best loan for our situation.

The icing on the already amazing cake was the rebate of the commission to our chosen charity.
