You cannot speak with a live person. Chat responses are very slow. You cannot keep the chat on your screen as you navigate the screens that the chat agent tells you to go to in order to try to make needed changes to your plan. The site has several errors. Today when I tried to take advantage of a promo shown on the screen, the chat agent said that promotion had ended. So you cannot rely on the information displayed on their site. The site does not include doses for oral tirzepatide, just for injectable tirzepatide, although they do sell the oral version, so it is impossible to request your dose on the site, but it is also impossible to speak with a live person to fix it. When you message their doctor, it takes about 24 hours to get a reply, and it seems to always be in the middle of the night, so I assume that he is on the opposite side of the planet, rather than in the U.S.. When I got my first shipment, the ice pack was melted and warm and the bottle was warm, so I called the pharmacy to see if it was safe to use. They said yes, but said that if the product was cloudy, that it was unsafe to use. Mine was cloudy, but there were no instructions with this warning. If I hadn't called in to ask about the temperature, I would not have known this. I just do not feel safe with this company, everything seems very shady and backroom.

I immediately regretted ordering from Good Life
I decided to place an order with Good Life and immediately regretted it!
I very clearly stated I wanted the order cancelled if I wasn’t going to get the dose I’d been on. I ordered the dose, they immediately took my money and I see right away they are giving me the lowest dose anyways.
They say they cannot change a prescription or refund or anything once the doctor looks at and processes an order….so I scrambled to contact the doctor as well as support before the doctor even glanced at my order.
Again I said I wanted my order cancelled and a refund if they weren’t going to give me the right dose. The doctor looked at and responded to my message before looking at my info/order. I provided proof of previous dose, again said I only wanted a refund and not to process my order if they won’t give me the right (max) dose…so the dr then looks at my stuff, processes an order fora low dose and sends it to the pharmacy anyways!!!!!
Now I am having to wait several days before anyone who might be able to do anything about this even has a chance to look at my complaint! Before all is said and done I will have gone a minimum of 2 weeks without my meds and I am very angry about that and super disappointed in Good Life.
I will return and update this review as soon as something happens.
I’ve been taking glp-1 meds for over a year and a half and In that time I’ve ordered from several places. Good Life is the worst experience I’ve had by far. I wish I had gone somewhere else and hope my experience and review might save someone from going through this frustrating and infuriating experience that I’m having to deal with.
Again, I’ll update this review as soon as anything happens…..but if someone were to ask me right now if they should order from Good Life my answer would be ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Amazing customer service experience
I had questions about my order and was connected to Ashlie by the AI agent. The transition was smooth, and Ashlie was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable with the process.
Easy, well-supported microdosing start
I just started my first microdose of semaglutide and everything has been smooth so far.
Knowing my sensitivity to GLP-1s, I really appreciate a provider that supports slow, careful titration.
I signed up about a week ago, heard from the doctor the same evening, and my order shipped and arrived quickly. Support has also been great — Anika and Bianca were very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

I was seeking access to tirzepatide without having to jump through a lot of hoops or commitment. Other online sources seemed to only want me on semaglutide, but I was able to pick which medication I wanted with Good Life Meds. I found the process to be pretty straightforward and they were quick to ship with all the supplies I needed (about a week from beginning to end I'd say). Their chat support has been helpful when I've needed them, too... I will warn that when you buy anything you are automatically enrolled in auto-renew (even though it seems like you won't be from the language used on their page)... all I had to do was use the chat function to ask that I be unenrolled and they did it, no questions asked. I found the experience to be easier than trying to schedule with my primary doctor. I did not try to get insurance to cover it, but the cost seems ok to me (again, especially considering I didn't have to schedule a visit with my doc, which would have been about the cost of the medication I think!). I'd recommend if you want to try a GLP-1 without a lot of hassle.

They promoted 1000mg of NAD+ for a total of $121 after a Mother's Day discount. However, when you're prescribed they'll "prescribe" you 100mg. So you're thinking you're getting 1000 when 100 is all they'll prescribe. So I canceled my membership immediately and am trying to get my money back ASAP. They have really crappy refund policies and you may not get through to a live agent when you call. REPLYING TO THEIR REPLY - Your marketing is deceptive. No one is doing major math conversions when shopping for the best product. And why didnt you keep the same number on the scrip that you did on the marketing? Why didn't the customer service rep who emailed me back say that they only go up to 100mg instead of giving me the same math you did? No mention of per dose vs per vial... DECEPTIVE MARKETING

I was sent wrong medication. They did not care. It was supposed to be nad+b12 it was just b12. Does not work. The auto ship without and warning like a curtosey email and then will not cancel nor are you able to return an order. Bad business tactics.
