Very concerning experience with…

Very concerning experience with GoodLife Meds. I paid $297 for medication that appears defective or improperly stored. I used it exactly as instructed and it had absolutely ZERO effect compared to the medication I previously received. When I contacted support to report the issue and request a refund or replacement, they refused to help and simply told me to place another order.

I have saved screenshots of all communications regarding this matter. If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a chargeback with my bank and submitting formal complaints through the FDA MedWatch program and the Better Business Bureau.

Patients trust telehealth companies with their health. A company that refuses to investigate a potentially defective medication raises serious concerns about quality control and patient safe

Order process simple and quick

Submitted the order online. Very straight forward process. Consulting Doctor approved the prescription within 30 minutes. Chats with customer support. Anita was very helpful, efficient and responsive to my questions. Hope to get my 1st rx of NAD+ in 7 business days. Can’t wait. More to come.

Great experience all around

Everything from patient intake to actual delivery of medication has been a breeze. Need help changing an order or have questions with medications? Your providers and support team, like Bianca, are always there and extremely helpful. I recommended 3 of my friends to this company and they’re all as happy as I am.

Great Company, Great experience!

I switched from another company to Good Life Meds in January of 2026 and I'm so glad I did. The intake process was easy and seamless, my medication is excellent quality, and arrives on time every month without any action from me. This company follows the recommended titration schedule every 4 weeks, of 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg and finally 15mg. I've had questions for the Doctor twice and response was quick, within 24 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. And yes, I am losing weight at a reasonable rate. Appetite is definitely curbed and food noise is almost nonexistent.

Solid service and Support!

I’ve been a customer since September 2025 and it is March 2026 and the customer Support is the best. It’s the only site I want my doses from. I appreciate their quick replies and kindness. I recommend GoodLifeMeds.

Good Life Meds has been very impressive

Good Life Meds has been very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. I have been taking the Trizepetide compound for 6 months and have experience the weight loss like never before. I feel great, I have no food noise and I recommend this to my friends looking for similar results. I no longer crave sugar or junk food.

Good Life Meds DELIVERS!

Good Life Meds does deliver a great product - the website does offer a bit of frustration, however. I WILL say though, if you contact their customer support they are extremely helpful! Today, customer service representative Taylor was so kind, efficient and just made everything I asked for a breeze. In today's world, customer service is pivotal - it not only affects you as the client but everyone else you interact with throughout the rest of the day. Thank you, Taylor!

Great Experience - will order again!

Prior to placing my order, I called customer service with questions. The representative was helpful, pleasant, and assured me that I can call back with more inquiries. Once I placed my order, I was able to track every step of the process. When I received it, I had questions about how to administer the medication. Once again, the rep answered every question without trying to hurry me off the call. I just took my first dose, so I can't comment on results, but so far I had great experience!

Unethical and greedy business.

They will do anything to take your money. Cancel an order? They will still fulfill it even if you cancel it. Then they create the shipping order even though it's not actively being filled and refuse to refund the order. Even if it was within minutes of them charging you. They follow unethical practices.

My bottle is almost empty, just received it. I do not have a smart phone to take photo. PLEASE CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. This companies too much trouble., NO PHONE NUMBER. Feels like a scam. The process was simple & FAST!

The process was super simple! Your medical history is reviewed and once approved, their medical team reaches out personally with an introduction & instructions! I ordered on the 4th and received it on the 6th. Since it's cold chain, I wouldn't expect that same turn around if you order on a Thursday or Friday. They also respond quickly for questions, which is a big deal! Thank you Good Life!

First of all ChatGPT NAD

First of all ChatGPT. It’s supposed to come cold. Mine was warm and if it’s already mixed up, it’s only good for 7 to 30 days.

They sent me three months supply already mixed up hot … not ethical. They wouldn’t return my money only said they can replace it.

Also, my friend got this and said she felt like it didn’t work. I thought I would try it to see. I didn’t actually know it came mixed up.
Definitely do not go with this company. If you know anything about NAD you won’t.

Great Meds But Subscription Process Isn't

Update: Refund received, but the experience speaks for itself.
I canceled my prescription and turned off auto-renew, yet they processed a renewal anyway. After multiple attempts to resolve it with their support team, nothing moved - I had to threaten a credit card dispute before anything happened. Charging a customer's card without consent is unacceptable, full stop.
They did ultimately issue the refund I demanded, but it should never have gotten to that point. The burden was entirely on me to chase this down. I'm revising my review to reflect the outcome, not the process. The process was a mess.
