Very concerning experience with GoodLife Meds. I paid $297 for medication that appears defective or improperly stored. I used it exactly as instructed and it had absolutely ZERO effect compared to the medication I previously received. When I contacted support to report the issue and request a refund or replacement, they refused to help and simply told me to place another order.
I have saved screenshots of all communications regarding this matter. If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a chargeback with my bank and submitting formal complaints through the FDA MedWatch program and the Better Business Bureau.

I switched from another company to Good Life Meds in January of 2026 and I'm so glad I did. The intake process was easy and seamless, my medication is excellent quality, and arrives on time every month without any action from me. This company follows the recommended titration schedule every 4 weeks, of 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg and finally 15mg. I've had questions for the Doctor twice and response was quick, within 24 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. And yes, I am losing weight at a reasonable rate. Appetite is definitely curbed and food noise is almost nonexistent.

Prior to placing my order, I called customer service with questions. The representative was helpful, pleasant, and assured me that I can call back with more inquiries. Once I placed my order, I was able to track every step of the process. When I received it, I had questions about how to administer the medication. Unethical and greedy business.
They will do anything to take your money. Cancel an order? They will still fulfill it even if you cancel it. Then they create the shipping order even though it's not actively being filled and refuse to refund the order. Even if it was within minutes of them charging you. They follow unethical practices.

The process was super simple! Your medical history is reviewed and once approved, their medical team reaches out personally with an introduction & instructions! I ordered on the 4th and received it on the 6th. Since it's cold chain, I wouldn't expect that same turn around if you order on a Thursday or Friday. First of all ChatGPT. It’s supposed to come cold. Mine was warm and if it’s already mixed up, it’s only good for 7 to 30 days.
They sent me three months supply already mixed up hot … not ethical. They wouldn’t return my money only said they can replace it.
Also, my friend got this and said she felt like it didn’t work. I thought I would try it to see. I didn’t actually know it came mixed up.
Definitely do not go with this company. If you know anything about NAD you won’t.
Great Meds But Subscription Process Isn't
Update: Refund received, but the experience speaks for itself.
I canceled my prescription and turned off auto-renew, yet they processed a renewal anyway. After multiple attempts to resolve it with their support team, nothing moved - I had to threaten a credit card dispute before anything happened. Charging a customer's card without consent is unacceptable, full stop.
They did ultimately issue the refund I demanded, but it should never have gotten to that point. The burden was entirely on me to chase this down. I'm revising my review to reflect the outcome, not the process. The process was a mess.
