AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID !! Was tempted into claiming rates back by lovely lady, which they did for what sounded a high fee but still worth it. As soon as they wanted paying the attitude changed, and the bill was increased and rediculous (apparently I’d signed the small print) I paid over what I thought fair and they turned gangster - sent heavies to my property and got aggressive infront of clients etc demanding an extra £5500 there and then.
Having to deal with police now as what they did was illegal

Reply from Goodman Nash Limited

We are disappointed to read this review and strongly refute the claims made.

Our fees and payment terms are clearly explained at the outset and confirmed within a signed agreement before any work is undertaken. In this case, the agreed fee was a percentage of the savings achieved, following a successful outcome which resulted in a substantial refund.

When the balance remained unpaid in line with the agreed terms, the matter progressed through the formal legal process, where judgment was awarded in our favour.

Any enforcement action is carried out by independent, regulated enforcement agents in accordance with the legal process. They are not employees of our business, and their conduct is governed separately. We do not have any involvement in how enforcement visits are carried out.

We remain confident that all actions taken on our part were in line with the agreed contract and the appropriate legal process.
