The people who acted on the sale of our property were great.

The primary contact person was very proactive and always available when needed.

Although this was a somewhat protracted process, which was by no means the fault of anyone at Good Move, the team kept me fully informed on a weekly basis of exactly what was happening. More frequent updates were provided if appropriate.
Not only were they professional, but also very empathetic. Given how stressful the sale of a property can be, this was most welcome. I also found the team to be extremely proactive, e.g. chasing solicitors to expedite the process.
