I was originally a little sceptical about using a property buying company, but Good Move did exactly what they promised — and in the most professional, straightforward and friendly way.
We needed to sell a rental property quickly without going through the delays of the open market. The valuation was fair, the offer followed the clear structure they explained at the start, and the sale was completed within the two weeks they promised.
When the survey highlighted some damp, they were upfront and flexible — giving me the choice of fixing it myself or accepting a fair revised offer to cover the issue.
A special mention to Max and Ross, who managed the process brilliantly. They were friendly, clear, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Good Move to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free sale.

Forever grateful
I had an absolutely awful experience trying to sell my house before I found Good Move. The property was a bit problematic, and two previous estate agents struggled to sell it for over a year, only booking one or two viewings per week, despite promises and inflated house valuations.
I made an enquiry with Good Move, and their response was almost instant. Ryan responded and offered either a direct purchase or the investor route. Both offers were, of course, much lower than market value, but not less than I thought they should be, considering that they do all of the work and there are no fees to pay whatsoever. In the space of two weeks, they'd done the brochure, carried out viewings and found a buyer and agreed a sale!
Katy looked after me throughout the whole process from then on, and although we had a wobble in the middle with a buyer pulling out for personal reasons, she was able to find a new one within a week and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire time. I'm sure a lot of hard work went into the sale, but I pretty much sat back and waited - Good Move did everything. Katy called and messaged me with regular updates and responded to my anxious (and probably annoyingly regular) calls and messages. I was always surprised that there was always someone in the office to answer the phone.
The solicitors, who were paid for by Good Move, were prompt and, between them, Katy, and various agents and couriers that attended the property as well as my home in Wales, I was well looked after. The sale has completed, and I can finally breathe! Thank you so much!

Great advice even though we did not proceed
I contacted the business with an enquiry to sell my property as my chain had fallen through, the advice I was given was to continue with another option as he felt my property was sellable on the market to give me the best return, I must say this was so refreshing as clearly they could have just made an offer and moved on, the advice was both welcomed and heeded
