I have been trying to get a response re redeeming my accumulated points but to no avail

We are fond of your peanut curd and it's taste has improved over the years. Our non vegan friends like it too.

I have been using their ghee from almost 2 years now. Its so good and my cholesterol got controlled from using non dairy ghee

I Ordered 5L of Millet Milk in 5x1L but received 25x200ml packs which is disappointing.

6 days since I ordered, and still no sign of the product. And a tracker update that just says in transit. Not comforting.

Taste Does Matter and definitely scores over all parameters - yes, we are serious about avoiding the middleman 'cow' and yet, the taste buds crave for a delicacy! Our upbringing is such that a meal Never ends without the proverbial curd and this company, 'One Good' , has perfected the art of curd preparation - so much so that I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't have turned a Vegan earlier !!

I am available but the delivery agent due to reasons of his own could not deliver. There after I have intimated that I am available but till now not delivered. Your customer care asks for some number which is not clear. Local express bee is not functioning properly. Change the courier service.

There was no prior intimation about when Delivery will done. Else All Okay

Delivery is fast. Taste and quality are good. Neatly packed.

The variety of plant based products available on the website, Face book, etc. The list of these products are useful for regular use. I find them well packed, with all the information on the containers easy to read. They taste good.

I find the product page and the payment options quick and
user friendly. The updates on messages and mails right from the order confirmation to the delivery prompt.

Just a suggestion with regard to the delay in supply which happens once in a while. For example there has been some delays in the supply of peanut curd and Millet Milk (1 litre) a couple of times in the past.

If it can be mentioned on the website and Facebook that there's no stock and the tentatives dates that it'll be available from. Will be easy for customers like me to decide . It had once so happened that I got to know by mail that the curd was out of stock but the media platforms continued to process the orders. It was recently so, for one litre Millet Milk too.

Over all, its a great go and team work. Kudos to the team's hard work, dedication, determination and commitment.

The product that I ordered was delivered very late. It took almost a month to get the product (cheese). I had to send many reminders.

Ordered 12 qty.
Of which 3 where spoiled. It's such a expensive product and that's why we won't order again.

We enjoy eating the peanut curd and have been ordering regularly.
But we feel the product quality is now a little watery and not as thick as before.
