Delivery is not in 3 days, have to add at least 2 days on for dispatch. The company need to make this clearer and improve customer service
Delivery said it would take 2-3 days it has taken over a week now. We needed them quickly as they were a present for our clients, we weren't able to cancel the order and when we contacted the company they were very unhelpful. No apology or solution just simply got told they did what they had to do and there was no possibility of canceling leaving me £100 down and no gifts for clients...

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you have not been satisfied with the service. Please accept our apologies again following our initial email.
Whist we would love to dispatch all orders same day, this is logistically impossible. You placed a large order and therefore have to allow at least 2 working days for packing and dispatch. This is the same for any small, and even large, business. Delivery is stated at 2-3 days as per the Hermes website. You will also find Hermes terms and conditions on their website that state this is not always possible especially during the Christmas season.
We cannot cancel an order that has been dispatched within an acceptable amount of time and is also still within the delivery window. We also do not allow returns or perishable items. We hope that you understand our point of view and again, thank you for your feedback.
