Neon Market Shopper Pannier…
I bought a Neon Market Shopper Pannier for my bike. I’ve been looking for a funky water resistant pannier that has comfortable straps for wearing off the bike and this bag has been just right. I love the design, I really like having the option of using the backpack straps or the top handle and the waterproof material keeps my things nice and dry in light rain. My commute involved carrying my bike over railway bridges, and being able to easily pop my bag off my bike and carry it comfortably is a life saver! I also love the reflective zips and panels which make me feel safer and more visible on the road. My order came quickly. Overall great experience, would highly recommend one of these bags!

Terrible customer service
We ordered a limited edition backpack and one of the standard bags arrived instead. They've ignored all emails about putting it right. To make it worse, one of the buckles seems to be poorly made and doesn't work, so the one we have isn't even usable. Joke of customer service, don't risk it.
Amazing 3 in 1 bag…
My 3 in 1 bag (pannier/shopper/backpack) is great and lasted me years and i use daily and fill to the brim so very hard wearing. Loved it so much i've bought another one after years of use and have bought other clever little bags. Lovely packaging, well made and great custimer service. Support the solo british trader :)
Goodordering have not delivered and are not responding
I ordered a pannier on the 13th January (#14515). Unfortunately my order never shipped and although I contacted Goodordering several times as instructed on their website. However I never received a reply even when requesting a refund. It seems that their previous good customer service is now run through AI and therefore is unresponsive. I will not be ordering from them again and would advise caution for others.
Gorgeous bags
Gorgeous bags, well made, brilliant designs. Great customer service. This is the fifth bag I’ve bought from Good Ordering and each one has been perfect. They take a lot of punishment and still look as good as new
Call Good Ordering - they are better at refund that way
UPDATE: Oct 7 I decided to call Good Ordering as there was a number listed on their website, Jacqui picked up immediately, and did the refund on the spot even though she was on her bike. She had missed my request for refund somehow but was very apologetic and authentic. The version of her I had felt was who she really was on Instagram etc.
I was so excited to support a small business with a woman of colour at the helm. I ordered a ECO monochrome rolltop backpack pannier in black but sent it back within refund policies as it did not fit me.
I paid for the refund postage and as it was tracked, I know it arrived on 12th Aug 2024.
Nearly a month later, on 10th Sept 2024, I receive an email "Hi We have received your bag back could you please advise the reason"
On 14th Sept, I replied saying that it did not fit me and enquired about the refund.
On 22nd Sept, I followed up to ask about the refund.
On 30th Sept, I followed up again and that was when I decided to look the company up on Trustpilot.
I am still waiting to receive my refund.
I was truly shocked to see this customer support experience was not just a unique instance and others have had similar experiences.
Nonexistent Customer Support
Received a faulty backpack and have been trying to get a response from them for 2 weeks and nothing.
Now reading the reviews here I feel even more concerned as the bag was a gift and I feel responsible for ensuring they receive their refund. Apparently, it's going to be a lot of work to get this done, which is ridiculous. Something that was supposed to be a lovely gift, turned into a lot of work and constant worry for me.
It's disappointing as I usually prefer to shop from small businesses, but I feel disrespected by this company. I would recommend avoiding it. It looks like you'll never get assistance if you need it. I didn't even receive an automated email reply saying they got my message.
Bad customer service experience
Bad customer service experience. Loved the pannier but when it arrived it flopped flat if empty, with no structure so chose to return it. Contacted Goodordering for the return info and posted at a cost to me as expected. Some months later the bag was returned to me as it was never collected by Goodordering from their returns address, again I had to pay the return postage to myself. I contacted Goodordering and they apologised and said they would refund my postage cost which by the time I re sent it back to them, came to more than £12 in post costs. This was actually a gift from my father which he paid for but as I was returning, I footed the post price. Finally Goodordering refunded the cost of the bag but no postage. I queried this and no surprise I'm getting any response at all from any avenue I have tried. I've been courteous and patient but as it wasn't my fault the bag wasn't collected in the first place, it seems unfair I've paid so much postage just to ensure my father can get his refund. I originally ordered this before Christmas, he finally got his refund in April. I'm now not expecting to recieve any response or refund as promised by Goodordering. Such a shame the customer service is terrible when people are trying to support a small business. I would never use you again and definitely would not recommend you to anyone.

Elegant bags that are incredibly durable. I’ve had mine for years and it looks brand new. My son uses his daily for school and during weekends and it’s in perfect condition. I love this brand!

The bike pannier I ordered is not really designed for what it is supposed to be used for. The company then refuse to take responsibility for what is a design flaw, namely there is no stiffener in the back of the pannier, so the bag catches on the wheel and the clips are not strong enough. Expensive rubbish now. I left a negative review on the website, which Jacqui replied to, offering a free product. What I really need is my money back so I can buy a new pannier.

Good customer service
I had a bit of an issue with one of the products I purchased from Goodordering. Despite others feedback on here I found that Jacqui was really responsive and very helpful. We resolved the issue and she was very understanding. Pleased I chose to purchase from a local company who actually take feedback on board and work to resolve customers issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Having heard about this company from friends who have been to their store in Hackney I was really excited to see the product range for myself. Having taken up cycling during our lockdown I'd been on the look out for a a multi functional Pannier bag that would also hold up away from the bike. Honestly the styling,functionality and quality of this bag was incredible.
As I couldn't make it to see their shop before my last trip I called the company and spoke with the owner Jacqui who was really helpful.

The backpack panniers are a little revolution! I received one as a gift and I'm so pleased with it. It's very practical in all kind of situations. I had a little issue with it but the customer service was excellent and provided a fantastic solution. I highly recommend them.
A disappointing experience with…
A disappointing experience with Goodordering.
I understand that the current climate has put strains on many businesses including small ones, however failing to deliver a face mask and then ignoring my chaser emails, I was forced to lodge a (successful) complaint with PayPal.
Sad to say that despite being a big supporter of small businesses, I won’t be using Goodordering again.
