Lawbreakers.

Never received item after Royal Mail left it in a place I didn’t tell them to. The company are washing their hands and despite it being consumer law, declining a refund or replacement.

I will be seeking legal advice. They are breaking the law.

Awful product

Awful product. Wore them 3-4 times, and kept them in the soft case when not in use. The coating of the lens is scratched and damaged after only a couple of runs.

Order issues

Too busy worrying about where to send the order (even though it’s in the UK mainland). Poor communication and just cancelled my order without an explanation. AVOID!

Lenses have being downgraded

I purchased another pair of goodr sunglasses to see that they have downgraded their lenses to cheaper low quality ones. Whilst wearing them I have to use the sun visor whilst driving to the sun doesn’t blind me. I had it confirmed by the customer service that they had changed the lenses. Such as shame as the other lenses were quality as I could have literally stared at the sun. The new lenses are also bad for glare too. Overall they’re now no better than the cheap £5 sunglasses you can get elsewhere. They have gone from being practical running sunglasses to gimmicky fashion ones 🫤. Shame…

Ordered my sunglasses over a week ago

Ordered my sunglasses over a week ago, delivery states 48 hours tracked by Royal Mail. Still nothing has arrived and I’ve had no response from Goodr - I’m not sure they have an actual customer service team. If you want to buy their products don’t buy direct, get them through a proper online retailer.

Non-existent customer service

Coating started to come off the lenses within the one year warranty period. I submitted my claim over 2 weeks ago and haven't had any response so far. I can't even call it bad customer service, because it's non-existent!
