I enjoy the beef and chicken

I enjoy the beef and chicken. I have had a couple of packages of chicken beasts that were not completely sealed and the meat smelled yucky. Other than that we have enjoyed it.

Service and delivery was great.

Love my Good Ranchers delivery

I love my Good Ranchers delivery, except the chicken breasts are getting so small. Is this normal? Are the chickens being butchered before they reach full maturity? If not, I will change my order.

One key change needed

I would like you to initiate a practice where you give us a few days/a week of warning that our next order is going to ship. Receiving a notice the very day it is processing doesn't allow us time to make necessary changes, whether they be adding more meat, or delaying the order. This has happened to me more than once in this first year as a customer. I've never had any other company - pharmaceutical, Amazon, supplement, or food - that does what you do. Just my opinion of a way to improve customer service. Thanks.

So much better than grocery products!!

I am so grateful to find a good, nutritious meat provider: the chicken is far superior to that of the grocery stores and the beef is consistently good. The seed oil free nuggets are such a bonus!

Food was good- small portions

Food was good- small portions, but good.
Delivery? Customer service? Terrible.
3 out of 5 deliveries had to be replaced. One unexpected order arrive while we were out of town and it spoiled on the front porch- and no response to my email to support…again… and no reimbursement.
Needless to say, I was very disappointed overall and ended my subscription.

Great Company

Ordering is easy; delivery fast. The chicken is great!! I love their thick cut bacon as well. Good quality organic meat. Customer service has been good as well. Quick to respond. Changing frequency of orders is easy also.

We are still working our way through…

We are still working our way through our first order, but we've had the best hamburgers and steaks EVER in our 50+ years of living! The defrost bags are genius to boot!

Best Chicken

I stopped eating chicken until now….There chicken is so good….I buy their steaks and my grandkids love the chicken nuggets …I will not eat meat from grocery stores or restaurants..

Poor quality

I liked the rib eyes, filet mignon, and hamburgers. We tried the New York strips three times and that cut of meat was not acceptable quality three times.

The chicken and beef we purchase is always top notch. The box selection we make fits the menus for our weekly dinners. The delivery is in a timely manner and they keep us well informed of when the next order is going to be sent and give the opportunity to add or change the order. Customer service is just a phone call away and have always been courteous and helpful. I have enjoyed the experience with Good Ranchers and I feel like we are helping American ranches and getting a really good product in return!
