We have not been impressed with the quality…
We have not been impressed with the quality of several of the cuts. There was entirely too much fat/gristle on the Ranch Steaks, resulting in a lot of waste (it was not the nice kind of fat). There was quite a bit of fat on the New York Strip steak. Some is normal, but after the Ranch Steak experience, my wife, who's not fond of fat anyway, cut it all off and felt it was far too much in proportion to the steak. I said "Maybe some of it was nice fat." She said, "Maybe not." We are considering sourcing locally.

Reminder Email Needed
My one and only complaint is that they don’t send reminder emails for upcoming shipments. With so many things to manage, it’s easy to forget to update carts or push out a date if needed. If that changed I could easily give 5 stars!

Weights of items in packaging reduced
Weights of items in packaging have been reduced. Noticed I’m being charged for 16 oz. Packages, but meat weighs in at 14.5 or 15 oz. Being charged for Chicken packets that are supposed to weigh 9 oz. for a pair but only weigh 8 oz.

Good company needs more options
I enjoyed alot about this company. From supporting veterans, having grass fed mrna free meat and not having to go to the store is always a bonus. Only downfall is that I cant choose the items in the box. Its a set selection and I didn't enjoy paying for meat that I gave away because we would never eat it. Otherwise great company
