Good Rx GOLD saves me money but due to only getting 1 prescription a month I am to the point where the $10 a month fee is MORE than what I save on my prescription. The only reason I still have it is b... See more

Terrible service.
It may be cheap but if you need any assistance then you should find another source. All communication is via their asynchronous Chat. You never get the same person and they do not read the thread so you have to start the conversation over. It takes 24 hours between communications with no progress. They ask you to upload photos but the chat does not allow. After three weeks of back and forth I have finally given up. The value is just not there!

Helps get the medicine I need at a very low cost to me

This is a horrible company! I needed cough medicine on Friday. I filled out the medical questionaire and provided my id. I was told that the medical provider would review my file and respond shortly. 24 hours later and GoodRx continues to ignore me despite repeated attempts to get in touch with them. I demanded a refund and have disputed the charge on my card. GoodRx is absolutely the worst!!

I upgraded to gold card since our drug plan had changed for the worse. Drug was supposed to be $36.36 for a 90 day supply instead of $114.00. They offered to pay them online to ease the pickup, so I did. When my husband went to pick it up, they said they don’t accept payments from good rx and the coupon they sent did not match my birthdate. My husband had to pay the full $114, as support was already closed or not answering. It took days for them to respond to my email. They said they would be happy to refund the $36.36, but too bad I was out an extra $77.34, even though they admitted they’d made an error on the coupon and put someone else’s information on it. Just a glitch, they said. Yes, a glitch on their part that cost me an extra $77. They are refusing to pay for their error. To add insult to injury, when I looked up the price on SingleCare, the drug was less than $30, with no “gold card” price of $19.99 a month! They are refusing to pay for their error.

No pharmacy will take the good RX app. I have called every single one. It says it will save you a lot of money but nobody takes it

Praise the Lord Jesus — I am on the mend and so grateful for the care I received! I thank God for Sylvester, my NP, was absolutely wonderful. He took great care of me, got me set up with exactly what I needed to fight a nasty infection, and has me on the road to recovery. His attentiveness and thoroughness made all the difference.
And GoodRx made the whole experience even better! Affordable, convenient, and so easy to access right from home — the platform is incredibly user friendly and getting my discount prescription was a breeze. When you’re not feeling well, the last thing you need is a complicated or expensive process, and GoodRx delivered on every front.
Very happy patient here! If you’re looking for an affordable, accessible way to manage your prescriptions, GoodRx is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Good RX gives good coupon prices & very good & useful information on medicines. And if I want to know about side effects, I bring up the Good RX info.

Price! In today's economy and the fact I don't have medication insurance, Goodrx has been a Godsend.

A clinician has to reach out and do a zoom visit before prescribing Wegovy pills. My one month supply runs out this week. I have tried contacting them for 9 days now and their only response is they are busy and I am in the queue. The clinician reached out once and said are you ready for your visit? This only works if you are staring at your phone. I saw the message 20 minutes later and he was gone and never responded again. They advertise a clinician will get back to you within two hours. Never happened, it’s been several days. Very disappointed and will be looking for another provider. Very poor service.
Update:
I called the number below to discuss the issues. Held for 10 mins then they said they would have clinician call me which I have heard so many times before. They sent me a video link, I was on the video link for 30 minutes waiting on the clinician to join me. Never did. I left the video and the clinician sent me a message saying let them know when I can talk!! So frustrating because I was available, I followed their link and wasted another 30 minutes with this unprofessional company. Also you never get to visit with someone that isn’t foreign and hard to understand. I regret that I gave them so much personal information!

I made an appointment with GoodRx as I currently do not have a primary care doctor. I spoke to a NP out of California that refused to refill my inhaler prescription unless I paid them an additional $50 because that "wasn't what the appointment was for". The whole point of the appointment was to have my inhaler and BP meds refilled and she absolutely refused to refill my inhaler. I guess she doesn't know asthma can be life threatening. I also had to take a picture of my inhaler prior to the appointment so for her to insinuate that it was not important and did not need to be refilled is outrageous. She also informed me that my previous PCP was a bad doctor and did not practice good medicine because my PCP does things differently than the way she would. News flash you're not a DOCTOR. Save your money and take your business to a REAL doctor.

What have they done to advertising? What does a cowgirl , a horse and gosh knows what else they have in it, but it’s the most stupid commercial I have seen for a good company. Advertise straightforward, do what people need to know . Stupid just makes your company look stupid.

I paid for a consult and filled everything out last night for a refill of escitalopram. A whole business day passes (24 hours) and I've been completely ghosted. I used the messaging portal and nothing, ignored. I used the email for support and get asked my info and then ignored. Finally tonight I ended up calling and the nice ladies voided my payment. Telehealth is for people who want the easy type of care done quickly. Otherwise we would go to urgent care. Goodrx used to be quick and good years ago. Now only the call center people do any real work. Not even going to get refunded for the gold membership that I signed up for just to do this one consultation. Just do Amazon medical care. They are quick and you actually get what you pay for.

This is a great idea and a terrible execution. This company promises the ability to have your prescriptions sent directly to your home. This process would save money and time. Great idea. That would be worth the monthly Gold membership fee. Except they can not deliver. Orders are lost or canceled due to internal system issues. Support basically offers the option that you can check back in 72 hours and we might have the system fixed. Auto refills get dropped. Past orders fall off the system. Do yourself a favor and don't engage in their serivices. Use the coupon if it helps but converting all your prescriptions to their care will be the worse mistake you can make.

I used GoodRx Care because I had no insurance and needed an affordable option for what felt like textbook strep throat. I’m rarely sick, but when I am, it’s usually confirmed strep. Their website clearly states strep throat is something they treat, so I trusted this service. BIG MISTAKE.
Here’s what happened.
First visit: I waited over 8 hours for a provider, and she didn’t contact me until almost 10 PM. (No heads up prior to or after paying that delays could be many hours - days.) During the call, she out of no where stopped talking & disconnected just a couple mins in. Instead of attempting to reconnect or finish an assessment, she ended up messaging in chat about a disconnection and asked if I wanted “magic mouthwash” (which can be made with OTC meds I already had.) Desperate for relief, I accepted, but it did nothing and my symptoms continued to worsen.
Over the next two days, my symptoms got significantly worse, including fever (which I almost never get) and increasing white patches on my throat. I sent detailed updates in the chat, explained my financial situation, and asked for real help. I even offered to send an updated photo to show the worsening condition of my throat.A nurse said she would “expedite” my case to a care team manager to find a new provider.
Then I waited 3 DAYS before I was connected to a provider!
During that time, the care team occasionally popped in to tell me to be patient, but gave no realistic expectation that this could take days. I stayed glued to my phone because there was no scheduling, no window, no reliable notification. Doing this while sick was TORTURE.
Finally, after I sent another message making it clear I was not improving, they sent a message telling me to “go to the ER if it’s that bad” and ended their message by directing me to call the suicide hotline of I was thinking of harming myself or others. I WAS FLOORED. That was extremely offensive and out of place. I was asking for treatment for worsening strep symptoms, not remotely threatening or expressing self harm.
Then, at around 3 AM while I was asleep, a provider connected. I missed it, because who is awake at 3 AM waiting for a telehealth visit after days of delays. He stated he could not prescribe antibiotics without a positive strep test. Here’s the core problem…
GoodRx Care says they treat strep, but they do not provide the test, and they would not treat without a test. The only way to get a test was the exact thing I was trying to avoid due to cost: urgent care or the ER. So I paid for a service that ultimately couldn’t help me, after days of waiting, disconnections, and nonchalant back and forth.
This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. If you need time sensitive care, especially for something like suspected strep, I would not recommend relying on this service. It’s just a scam!!

GoodRx prescribed me medication through a doctor who wasn't licensed in Nevada so CVS refused to give me my prescription. When I couldn't refill it, they spent 9 days blaming CVS, then blaming me, before finally admitting they need "a provider licensed in my state."
Now they can't figure out how to send it to another pharmacy. Different people keep asking me the same questions without reading previous messages and understanding the situation. They asked me questions in their message center, I responded multiple times, they never checked it, then blamed ME for not responding.
It's been 9 days. My condition is getting worse. They still haven't sent my prescription anywhere I can actually fill it.
They prescribed through an unlicensed provider, can't fix their mistake, blame the customer for their operational chaos, and don't monitor their own communication systems.
They don't know what they're doing and will blame you when their system fails.

I was looking at a double price increase in a prescription and goodrx made that less than original cost!

I have been trying to contact customer support for two straight days to cancel my appointment and request a full refund, but I keep receiving copy-and-paste responses that do not even address my questions. It feels like no one is actually reading my messages.
This situation is not consistent with the promises stated on your website. Because of your slow and unhelpful responses, I lost time and money, and now I cannot even go to urgent care when I am seriously sick.
For three days, I have been stuck with:
No proper response
No doctor contact
No refund
No real support
Instead of resolving the issue, support keeps sending the same generic message asking if I have more questions, without answering the ones I already asked.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. At this point, it feels misleading and unfair to customers. I strongly warn others to be cautious.

Goodrx sucks, completely useless and a waste of time. First you will never get any live assistance from anyone and more importantly I tried to use today and to fill one prescription it was $225! That card does nothing, its useless, completely sucks. Its probably some kind of scam, you fill in all your info then you start getting spam!!!!
