If I could give zero stars, I would.
Over a six-month period, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed:

* Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times)
* Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia
* Gutters frequently overflowing
* Gutters visibly scratched and dented
* Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctly

They replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining … and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I’m now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over.

Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself … only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes.

I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn’t.

I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.

Five visits thus far and the leak still exists.

You can feel confident choosing Good shepherd. Up front and honest. I would strongly recommend this company for any roof work. Would give more stars if possible.
