Scam on Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips where admin seem to be in on it and blocking people that out the scam! Beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and still haven't received my purchase order. I've enzymes the company multiple times and got no response.

I ordered my products in April 2024 and received a confirmation email. I never received a shipping notification and I forgot about the order. The products were never sent to me. I contacted the company via email, facebook messenger, Instagram multiple times and they have not responded to any of my communications. I have reported them to the Insolvency Service and am working on other methods of getting this company shut down, including through Trading Standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM GOODSKIN AS IT APPEARS TO BE A SCAM!!! I ordered from Goodskin on the 18th November and to date have not received my goods nor have I received any reply whatsoever to the 3 emails I have so far sent. They were quick enough to take my money though! I'd have given no star if I had the choice!

I wished that I found this website sooner. Ordered back in August and still haven't received my order! I don't have money to waste and they will not respond to your emails. Just disappointing that they can get away with it, and keep on emailing new offers. Avoid!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a product on 17/11/2024 and have never received it. I have proof from the courier that the parcel was never received and never left their warehouse. The only way to contact this sham of a company is through email and lo and behold, they don’t respond to their emails. I have now sent 4 as of this morning and have not received one response. I will be chasing this up with my bank as the company are scammers and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Basic customer service is a must and they just seem to be interested in your money and nothing else. They must pay influencers to post their TikTok’s as no one could trust this company without some sort of incentive. Absolute disgrace.

Exactly the same as others on here, although I did get receive on initial order. I was actually pleased with the initial product, so ordered more. The second order never left the warehouse (according to the tracking info). I have attempted to resolve this via email (the only way you can contact them) several times and have received no response.
Also, as with others, once I mentioned on one of the Cleaning tips and tricks posts to avoid this company I was blocked within minutes. Avoid avoid avoid

I made an order on the 26.10.24 and I still haven't received it. I sent 4 emails but no reply. I have now raised it with my bank through the online banking app and they have refunded it. If they do not hear back from Good Skin the refund should stand.

They have no customer service number.

Ordered product on 31/09 and just got it today 05/11. Over a month to be delivered, when I reached out via the form on their website I had no word back from them. Terrible customer service.

EDIT: After thinking maybe they thought I was referring to someone else, they said (paraphrasing): "It's our group, we can do what we like so stfu"

Basically they made a group that became popular and huge, and decided to profit in the most disgusting way by scamming members. "Mrs Hinch Made Me Do It" group is also part of the same scam

Company use deceptive photos in Facebook Groups such as "Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips". A user will post pretending it’s their son, grandson, or their own skin but a Google image search into these photos show they are taken from elsewhere, some even being over a year old. I pointed it out to the admins of the group and they told me it’s not a scam and to “scroll on” after already being banned for questioning it. So the admin of the Hinch Cleaning groups are all in on this likely drop shipping from China website scamming members of their group. What a lovely way to make a living 🙄

Awful company - many people reporting money taken then no delivery -and yep me too! I had my first delivery but not my second and the company have ignored my 3 emails querying delivery! Not good ….. I’ve now opened a dispute with my bank who are investigating…

Ordered 'Power of the peel' mitt at £15.99. Honestly the quality of this was so cheap & way overpriced. Dont waste your money, you can buy packs of these things from Amazon / Temu for a fraction of the cost. Delivery 10 days or more. Buy elsewhere wld not recommend.

I ordered from Good Skin in July following a recommendation from a FB page on Household tips. I still have not received the order. I've since made a complaint to my bank and eventually got a refund today after several weeks. I continue to get emails from Good Skin asking do I want to sign up for a subscription or to reorder, obviously automated emails. They have never replied to any of my emails when I enquired about my delivery progress. This company needs to be removed from online before many more people are scammed.

Ordered the mitt in July and still have not received it. Have sent them 4 emails and received no response. Yet they continue to send me emails asking me if I would like to order ANOTHER mitt. Absolutely infuriating. I wish I had read all the other negative reviews before submitting my order. NEVER AGAIN
