Adding to all the bad pre order…Do not pre order!

Adding to all the bad pre order expreriences here. I pre ordered a nendoroid way back in march 2025, expected to be out in august. Well after at last 7 emails telling me either the boat is blocked in Suez canal or that it should have shipped (well, you're supposed to now better than me guys!) I will cancel my pre order today 'cause I still got no news and I was patient enough (I bought the nendoroid elsewhere where it was in stock)

Please do not (pre)order

Please do not (pre)order from this store.

I have ordered an in-stock scale figure from this site on the 21st of January. On the 7th of February they did not ship it out so I reached out to the customer service two times, and they did not respond. As they did no respond to me, I cancelled my order on the 16th of February.
I'm very disappointed as this figure was quite expensive.

I will not be (pre)ordering from this site again, and I recommend you do the same.

Never ever buying from them again.

Pre-ordered a nendoroid around summer 2025, supposed to release October 2026. Fast forward to October passing, nothing. I email them & eventually receive a response saying the order should be sent out to me LATEST by January 2026 due to delays. Fast forward again, we're halfway past February, I've emailed them weeks ago with no response. I am beyond disappointed seeing the item being sold everywhere else (I even saw the item in-stock on their site.) The customer service is atrocious, you have to beg for updates about your order & there's a chance they won't even respond. Never ever buying from them again.

Never preorder from them!

For in stock items they are good, but I will warn you to NEVER preorder from them... they receive the items by surface mail, taking 3-4 months to receive items in their warehouse once they are released. But the worst part is, they are taking ages to ship the preorders even after they have it in stock! I am almost losing hope about receiving my preorders, as I have 4 of them IN STOCK on their site and not being shipped! Some are in stock for over a month, or even sold out again!

Months of delay, uncooperative customer support

Pre-ordered on the first day of availability at a lower price (February 2025), expecting the usual benefits of a pre-order.
The order was delayed far beyond the originally communicated timeframe (August 2025). A specific statement by customer support that the item would ship before Christmas was later missed, followed by vague estimates instead of firm dates even after directly asking for one.
During this time, the same item became available at multiple retail stores with immediate delivery, meaning pre-order customers effectively received the product later than regular buyers.
No compensation or goodwill was offered despite the extended delay and repeated insistence, as they claim they're not accountable and don't ever offer any goodwill. The customer support stated contradicting status reports multiple times
I would not recommend pre-ordering, as it provides neither priority fulfillment nor reliable delivery communication and I will never order anything directly from them again.
