Was missing half of my order but Joanna & her team resolved this very promptly & professionally. Parcels arrived very well packaged & all bottles intact which was excellent because I have ordered the same items previously from other sites & have opened to find bottles smashed or missing.
Thank you so much to Joanna & the rest of the team - I would definitely recommend this company & will be ordering from them again in the future.

I ordered a case of 24 bottles of Reef on Saturday. Paid via PayPal and it was delivered by 8.am on Tuesday ... can't beat that for customer service, amazing.
I emailed them just to say thank you and had an immediate reply from Joanna which was so sweet and remenicent of when customers were important.
Going to order regularly now I've found this amazing company. Many thanks

Had a order issue.but after speaking to Joanna the issue was very quickly sorted out.couldnt have asked for better service.very happy and will deffinatly use them again and highly recommend this company.

I had an order with this company which had some issues. Unfortunately after thinking it was sorted out there was another issue. Emily helped me all the way through it and couldn't have been more helpful. Emily went above and beyond to help me and she was always chasing everything up and letting me know what was happening. It is a shame the order wasn't issue free but unfortunately that happens sometimes. The response to this by Emily was top notch and she is a credit to the company.

I am a regular customer and i had a little problem with one of my orders.I called them and spoke to Joanna.We then emailed so i could send pictures.The problem was sorted within the hour.Fantastic customer service.Would highly recommend 😁

Purchased multiple Franklin drinks. Love them all. Great flavours and natural ingredients. Favourite is definitely the dandelion and burdock. Highly recommend and will be ordering again (and again!).

Having first sampled Franklins Ginger Beer at a bar, I just had to find out where I could purchase this product either online or at a local retailer.
Franklins Brewed Ginger Beer is possibly the best I have tried both as a refreshing drink on its own or as a delicious mixer with my favourite Spiced Rum.
Knowing that I can order online at a great price, I will be planning to order more in the very near future.
Arrived in good time and was very well packed to prevent breakage of the glass bottles.
I’ve also looked at the other products online with this company and I was pretty impressed with the variations readily available to purchase

The drinks are excellent! I had an issue with shipping but the customer service lady was fantastic 👌 I can't wait to order more from them such a nice company 😀

Excellent customer service, we had an issue with our account and they got back to us straight away and got it all sorted out for us. Great selection of drinks to choose from and have had no problems with DX who delivered our order, they keep you informed via text of their delivery time.

Very satisfied with my order and delivery - was a bit worried by previous reviews but so glad I decided to ignore them. I ordered a large amount of Franklin & Sons tonics which are the best! Everything delivered safely and quickly

Brilliant service, cheapest I've found crates of hooch. Ordered on the evening of 16th and delivered at 7:30am on the 19th. Really speedy and would recommend

Half my order was missing from the delivery, no broken glass in the box but the contents were wet. It looks like some of my bottles were broken but someone re-packed and sent what was left.
This could easily be put right if Good Time In would give me a refund for the missing items. However, I haven't received so much as an acknowledgement of my email with picture proof and this makes me feel the company is probably not to be trusted.

I would highly recommend goodtimein! I made a large order of tonic water and unfortunately the wrong type was delivered. I emailed the customer services team, who came back promptly and were very apologetic. The corrected order was delivered the following morning. Mistakes can happen but its the way in which a company deals with this that makes the difference, hence 5 stars for goodtimein.

Found them as a supplier of lemon hooch when sainsburys let me down. Ordered 2 boxes only one arrived quick call and 2nd box delivered plus a separate free can. Just placed another order

Ordered goods on 8 December thinking that would be enough time for delivery before Christmas.
Now 20th and not heard anything from them. Tried calling but number is constantly engaged.
Spoke to 2 people who couldn't help - not their department!?!
No customer service at all. I was told to call distribution centre directly rather than them chase it up and let me know the outcome.
Really disappointed with the service and the fact that they promise delivery timescales which they don't follow.
Won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend anybody else using them either.
They're quick enough to take your money but not very good at delivering the goods or taking responsibility to deliver customer service

Been using this site for over a year and was annitionally very impressed.
However there customer service is shockingly bad.
Its free shipping if you spend over a certain amount but you need to type in the coupon for FreeDel. So no other offers or promotions can be used st the same time. Which is pretty sneaky.

My problem however comes from the terrible delivery.
Half of My last shipment smashed. The friendly delivery driver assured me i didnt need to do anything on my end. They will notify GoodTimesIn and a new shipment will be sent. After over a week of not hearing anything i sent a quick email. Only then was another shipment sent out. Although easily rectified i wonder if i had not bothered to chase things up if they would have ever bothered to send anything out.
When it did arrive the delivery man stuck it behind a bin and forged my signature saying i had signed for it. There wasn't even a note left for me to say it had been delivered so i had no idea it was there.

Which brings us to the current day. I ordered a bulk amount of alcohol for Halloween. I ordered this the second week of October and of corse they supply 2-3 days delivery so that should be plenty of time.... well its November and its still not here.

I received a txt to say it will be delivered but nothing turned up... after a couple of days i sent a message and was informed my package had smashed and been returned. Im not annoyed that my package was damaged (things happen) but why was i not notified. Why was another shipment sent... why wad i not refunded. Once again it was down to me to chase this up.
Replys were far and few between waiting days for any answers and time was ticking. They eventually say they will send another package and this is not October 28th.
Its not November 5th and i have still received nothing.
No new tracking number. No texts or emails.

I was dissapointed enough not having my favorite alcahol for my favorite holiday but the sheer rude and disgracefull service has been heart breaking.

Get your stuff together goodtimesin. I loved you once.
