Ive ordered before and love them but reordered and haven't received my parcel and payed i believe it was last year I ordered it remember ordering a coffee flavoured 2 of them and carrot cake but cant remember the other ones so whats happening with my order 😭, can't remember exactly the date I ordered sorry.

Their cookie dough was amazing. I've just gone to order, to discover they've ceased trading. I'm so upset 😭😭😭😭😭

Always loved the dough, earlier this year they offered a subscription service where you'd get exclusive flavours, discounts etc. There never were any exclusive flavours, and I never got to use my discount code or points I'd earned and then they cease trading with no contact or offer of a refund. Their email address and social media have all closed down so no way to contact them. It's a shame they've had to close but what a slimy way to treat your customers.

Ceased trading without any e-mails being sent to customers, especially those who signed up for their yearly subscription and never even got to use it.

no information at all on what to do, considering their e-mail is non-existent im guessing there will be no information.

I’d rate this lower if I could. Sent the following email to them and have had no response as they’ve decided to cease trading - dobbing others into placing orders and/or paying a subscription that they’ve recieved no product or refund for. Genuinely just absolutely shit.
“ I’m really sorry to say that despite following storage instructions, recipes on your website and just having a spoonful, I really don’t like these. I wanted to and bought as much as I did because your reviews were raving but I’m sorry I don’t understand. They don’t bake well, they don’t taste particularly nice, they’re greasy and I’m just not a fan. I can’t say I’d be a returning customer which really disappointed me as it sounded like a fantastic product. I had faith in your reviews and so got the annual midnight snack club offer. I really wish I hadn’t and it’s on me for taking it at face value but I really wish the quality matched what I paid for the order and the midnight snack club and I do feel bad for complaining - it’s not something I do often but these just weren’t even a little bit good I’m sorry.
My apologies again”
I’ve had the subscription for maybe 2 weeks and they shut down - that’s not holding up their end of the bargain and I fully expect to annoy them until I get a response and my money back for the order and the subscription. It’s just shitty business practice and I won’t stand for it

Made an order 31st May. Haven't received it and when I chased up I had an email to say they ceased trading. No product and no refund.

Placed an order on May 29th (Order #166834), I was contacted on June 4th to be told an item I had purchased was sold out and if I would accept a different product so I responded agreeing to the alternative and I was emailed back saying I would receive a tracking number later that day because my order would be shipping.

I received no tracking number so I contacted them back on June 6th asking for an update as I never received the tracking number they said I would be receiving on June 4th and I received an email a few hours later stating "Gookie Dough UK Ltd t/a Snackcidents has taken the difficult decision to cease trading

Any customers or other stakeholders impacted by the closure of Gookie Dough UK Ltd t/a Snackcidents will be contacted with further information shortly."

I have not been contacted since and my emails have gone unanswered.

I have not received what I purchased and have also not received a refund.

Update 07/07/2025:
I performed a charge back via my bank because their support never got back to me about a refund and I have still not received what I purchased.

This company has challenged my charge back even though they have never sent my order.

Expect a fight to try and get your money back if you placed an order..

Wasn't sure what to expect - some have been tastier than others (but the honeycomb is my favourite so far) - tried some raw. Tried some microwaved. Turns out, fresh from the oven (only takes a minute or two prep the dough, and then 8-10 to heat) is definitely the preferred method. Can still be lazy with it - if you're e.g. taking a pizza out of the oven, that's prime time to swap in a cookie tray from that residual heat, and then have warm cookies when you're done with your food, without having to mix anything and it still tasting much better than just buying cookies otherwise? Worth it.

Tastiest thing l've ever put in my mouth. Can't stop ordering and need to attend CDAA (Cookie Dough Addicts Anonymous). I also once had a query about an order and customer services were top notch

Would 10000% recommened to everyone I got the try them all bundle which was 9 mini pots of different flavours by far my fave out of the selection I got would be cookies and cream and red velvet. Will definitely be buying again.

Tried 6 different flavours and loved them all. Brilliant hot and cold and my fav was the mini eggs the Mrs fav was the white chocolate and raspberry Will definetly be buying more in the near future

It’s really hard to find really tasty vegan snacks these days, but these tubs are just everything! They are soft and gooey straight from the tub, they bake in to the softest cookies as well. I’m so happy I found this company, I don’t go anywhere else now 😊
