Unfair Bet Settlement – Refused to Pay Winning Bet
I placed a bet on Morocco to win during the Africa Cup of Nations (bet ID: 75958879125).
According to the official decision of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Senegal was declared forfeited and Morocco won the match 3-0. Therefore, Morocco is officially the winner.
Despite this official result, Gooobet settled my bet as LOST, which is completely unfair and against the official outcome.
I contacted their support multiple times, but they either gave incorrect information or completely ignored my messages.
This platform does not respect official results and does not treat customers fairly. I strongly advise others to be careful before using Gooobet.

Scammers
Title: Withdrawal Not Received – No Response from Support
I requested two withdrawals (700 MAD + 700 MAD) on March 13 and 14, 2026.
Gooobet claims the money was sent, but I never received anything in my bank account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed no transaction was received.
I asked Gooobet multiple times to provide proof (Transaction ID, transfer details), but they stopped responding.
This is very concerning and unprofessional. I warn others to be careful with this platform.
If my issue is not resolved, I will escalate this to their licensing authority and take further action.

They are scaamers ... Don't use it...
A friend introduced me to this platform... I tried it on the first time with only 100 dollars i won 400 usd .... I did tried to withdraw and it worked .... And after that when i entered to the app i found that my account has been blocked.... I tried to talk with support no response
