This was my first time using GoOpti, so at the beginning I was a bit worried. However, I must admit I was very positively surprised.
I used their service on the Trieste–Ljubljana and Piran–Trieste routes. They contacted me exactly as promised, and the transport was punctual and well organized.
What is also worth mentioning is that GoOpti really does not cancel transfers — on my return from Piran to Trieste I was the only passenger, and the transfer still took place.
I am very satisfied with the service and hope the company will continue to expand to other countries. Highly recommended.

Super service and a trustful one!! I've ordered a ride to Trieste airport, because of the bad weather, snow and icy roads,they asked to go earlier in order to be on time. The drive is comfortable.

My journey was from Brescia city to Malpensa Airport. It took the agreed-upon two hours. It was an eight-seater minivan, and although it was full, there was enough space for everyone, making the trip pleasant. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much!

It was great! We departed from Podgorica on time. The driver was on time, minivan was super clean, we arrived 20 minutes earlier to our destination at Tirana airport.
Everything was professional and reliable. I can trust GoOpti. After a terrible experience with another transport company in Tirana (Diamant travel) that were not reliable and after many lies they finally informed us that they cancelled our paid scheduled bus, because they didn’t had many passengers as they said, it was a relief to travel with GoOpti (with only 3 passengers). I highly recommend them as a reliable company.

I bought a transfer from the airport to my house. The transfer will depart 2:25 minutes after landing. It was my understanding that when you buy a transfer, you will be leaving sooner from the airport. If I knew, I will use public transportation. I had to cancel because I will be home 4 hours later!! I will not get any money back but a voucher with 10% discount. Terrible experience.

I use GoOpti all the time, since the competition is even worse. And when it works, it works great. VCE-Ljubljana should take 2h20m and often it does. However, you might be unlucky and it will stop at Treviso and then every f'n village on the way to Ljubljana and it will take over 4h. In which case on would be cheaper and faster taking flixbus. And you don't know which will it be, until you board the van.
You simply cannot limit the number of (other people) drop-offs when you book.
Also, sometimes you book and they give you a range. Sometimes you book and they give you an exact time. Which they sometimes change by up to 30mins a day before, despite having paid the premium to have a fixed time.

I accidentally booked the wrong date for my transfer. However, once we were already on the road, a GoOpti representative threatened that the driver would leave me on the side of the road if I didn’t pay an additional fee immediately. This was shocking, unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe.
I followed up via email to resolve the issue professionally. GoOpti’s initial public response to my TripAdvisor review was apologetic and invited me to contact them privately. When I did, their tone changed and placed full blame on me, acknowledging the threatening behaviour but not properly addressing it.
I am still open to resolving this privately and ask GoOpti to advise how I can do so. If addressed appropriately, I will update my review to reflect a positive outcome.
Edit/Update: In relation to the response below, I am adding further context to clarify my concerns and the reason for my hesitation to pay immediately.
To be clear, I accept that I booked the incorrect date and understand that a new booking was required. I also acknowledge that your team arranged an alternative transfer at short notice.
However, my concern remains the manner in which payment was requested while I was already on the journey. I had explained to the representative on the phone that I was experiencing motion sickness and would only be able to pay once the vehicle had come to a standstill. Despite this, I was informed that the driver would leave me on the roadside if payment was not made immediately. Regardless of operational requirements, this wording was alarming and inappropriate in the context of passenger transport, and it left me feeling unsafe.
I appreciate that you state this was not intended as a threat. Nevertheless, the impact of the communication is what matters in a customer service setting.
I am seeking:
A clear acknowledgement that this wording was not appropriate,
Confirmation that the incident will be reviewed internally to prevent similar situations,
And I am happy to discuss this privately if you feel this will be productive; please advise the best way to contact you. I wonder if you would be open to reconsidering the €30 fee in light of the distress caused.

Their policy is written in such way that buyer does not have any rights and their drivers are protecte din such way that even if you get left at the aiport WITHOUT the transfer you paid for 2 weeks before IT IS YOUR FAULT and they have absolutely no responsibility of returning you the money. Infact they even offered me second ride 90 minutes later for whcih I would AGAIN have to pay full price which was even higher than what I paid for the first time
EDIT: replied with shown interest but I have no way of replying? So, once again trying to appear good without giving me possibility to respond? No, my flight was not delayed. I booked transfer 2 weeks prior with latest arrival at destination at 8PM where latest departure was written 15.15. What happened was we got message that departure is going to be at 13.30 which I immedately responded with a new mail that we arrive at 14 so we cannot be there. At 13.48 I got the signal sending the message to the driver where he responded we are too late and that they left. After calling him he said that is my problem and blocked my phone number. Let me repeat, he blocked my phone number. Of course I tried calling emergancy contact where all they did was blame me how it was my fault for wrong booking. So, I made the contract with the departure times between 13.15 and 15.15 which was the only available aat the time, as I could not pick exact time. And now it's my fault that you arbirtraty decided to leave at 13.30 without even questioning whetehr me as the buyer can be there at that time and than blaming me for you not fulfilling your services?. Your job is first and foremost to deliver the service I paid. But now I am at blame and probably not even going to get the refund? Not to mention the complications we had because we missed our ride, had extra expenses with the food which was only available at the airport, extra expenses with the ride and missing necessary activities because of which I booked the ride to arrive at destination latest at 8PM. But for none of this you are taking responsibility. PRobably not even for yhe driver which has no right to work in hospitality buisiness with this attitude.

review removed, customer support from my country stopped replying multipletime's. Not even an option fro refund. Not even an option to file a proper complaint. Talked with Consumer rights defense who took a closer look and guess what - what you are doing could in fact be taken to court but the problem is because the company is not from Slovenia our own market inspectorate cannot dig into and can only be filled internationally. After mulitple ignoring messages I stopped because for me first hour with a laywer to file an official law suit would cost too much. But I can see this is what you are doing. THank you for showing 0 customer support, 0 compassion, 0 understanding and 0 opportunity to actually solve the problem. Ignoring is the way to go and grabbing money from people is how good companies make money.
