Exceptional service
We were able to make a reservation less than 24 hours before the trip. We were very pleased with the entire service: our kind driver Marjan M., picked us up even before the scheduled time, which was very convenient for everyone. He helped us with the luggage and drove us safely to our final destination.

Stress free transfer Verona-Milan Airport
It has been a wonderful and convenient transfer from Verona to Milan Airport without stress. Our driver Elena T. has picked us up before the appointment time that we’re ready. She has been very efficient and safe driving the whole trip, just a nice stopover for a proper toilet break. She speaks only Italian but well, no barrier whereby we’re fetched to the airport in the easiest way of travelling indeed.

Great service
I am a frequent visitor to Italy from Australia and fly into Venice. I have used GoOpti at least 8 times and can not speak highly enough of the service. The trips back and forth from Venice airport to Trieste have been great. The drivers are always so helpful and professional.

Horrible experience- never again!
Booked 14:50–16:50, they will come at 14:30, no refund, no rebooking – 4 hours wasted at the airport!
We booked GoOpti for a departure slot 14:50–16:50, but they came at 14:30 – earlier than the time we paid for. This will leave us stuck at Ljubljana airport for over 4 hours unnecessarily. When we contacted support, the representative was rude, yelling instead of helping, and offered no explanation, no rebooking, no refund.
If we hadn’t made it on time, we would have lost all 3 tickets without any option to change or get our money back.
GoOpti does not respect the time slots they advertise and they do not care about your flight details (even though they ask for them). Very unprofessional service – be careful when booking.
Your answer is not ok as you know we cant choose any fix time in your app, this is only time you suggested and that is also a reason we gave you the flight information. You are not separating passengers by time obviously because it is not good for your business, otherwise you wouldn’t take us to the airport 6 hours earlier! Also we selected departure time that no one is mentioning and i am pretty sure u don’t check we added additional information we need to be at the airport at 18:45. Selected time was FROM 14:50!!! Ljubljana is one and half hour away from koper, in the worse case one hour more. This is not adjusted to the passengers just to your buissnes and with that you showed you don’t care. 20min is more than terms&conditions and still i had no rights to switch ticket or to refund. Now we are waiting from the morning in Isola, as this was our only option to reach the airpot with you, otherwise we wouldn’t make it in this time, as our accomodation is in another city, and nobody cared.
As I said it is confirmed now - you drove us izola - triesta - ljubljana!!!!!!!!! This is a horrible experience and I will report this everywhere!

In your reservation, the selected time slot was for arrival to the airport between 16:45 and 18:45, and this was respected. Please note that the pickup time window is always estimated and can vary (this is also noted during the booking process online and on the final booking confirmation), as our priority is to ensure that you reach the airport safely and within the arrival window chosen.
With shared transfers, the route may not always be direct or optimal, as we combine passengers from different locations to keep the service affordable. A direct transfer is possible only with a private booking.
We sincerely apologize if our support representative appeared rude or unhelpful — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We will review this internally with our team to ensure it does not happen again. We also understand that this situation caused frustration and we truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve.
If there had been an alternative or later transfer that still guaranteed your timely arrival for the flight, we would have gladly offered it. Unfortunately, in this case, there were no such options available.

Perfect service before the planned time
I had another great experience with Goopti today. Despite the fact that the roads were heavily congested from Ljubljana to the seaside, the driver Matjaž C found a way for us to arrive to the Venice airport before the planned time. He drove us through a beautiful scenic Col and successfully avoided all heavy traffic. None of the passengers were in a hurry and yet he got us there before time. Kudos to the drivers of Goopti, they never disappoint you!

The Goopti driver was using two phones…
The Goopti driver was using two phones while driving, and when we politely warned him, he became so angry that he unexpectedly kicked us out of the van late in the evening at a parking lot in Italy. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and very stressful for passengers.

they have been reliable, even though not immediate in their answers via email. My flight was late and I lost the conection with their shuttle, since no other ones were available, they had me get a taxi and reimbursed me fully within 3 days (I had the guarantee for that)

Good experience after our flight’s delay
I went from Venice (VCE) to Ljubljana and had a very good experience. Our flight got delayed and we thought our driver Karin wouldn’t wait for us. Luckily she and the other passengers were kind enough to wait for us for 20 min and we managed to get to Ljubljana even sooner than it was written when we booked.
