A couple of small holes i noticed were patched, but over all, im very happy with the product. The customer support and response time is awesome, best I've experienced .

Great product, good service!

Absolute best communications than ANY company I ever dealt with. Ryan kept in touch while I waited for the order and went well above and beyond. The tent quality and included components blew me away. I highly recommend GoOverland Canada.

The tent is made from great materials. Everything feels well made and put together. Absolutely love using this tent.

I’d like to split my review into two parts: one for the Journey (Superlite) tent, and one for the delivery experience.

Journey (Superlite) Feedback --> 4.9 out of 5
I was very satisfied with the tent. It exceeded my expectations. The design is thoughtful and stylish, and it includes very useful and practical accessories. The tent’s height is great, and overall, everything was even better than I had imagined.
That said, I noticed two shortcomings:
- There were no installation instructions included.
- There was no booklet explaining the accessories or how to use them.
Still, these issues didn’t take away from my overall satisfaction. I would rate the tent 4.9 out of 5.

Delivery Feedback --> 1 out of 5
Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the delivery process. 1 out of 5 stars.
Although the initial shipping delay may have been outside their control, once the tent arrived in Vancouver, it was mistakenly sent to Toronto. That error delayed the delivery by another 2–3 weeks and caused me to cancel my Oregon trip.
As compensation, they offered a free Rugged Case—but that too arrived damaged, and now I’m spending extra time and energy trying to return it.
Overall, I would not rely on their delivery process. Inspect your item carefully before accepting it from the shipping company.

Picked up the tent from Red Bear Outdoors - great bunch of guys who had the tent ready to go. Installed on the ORO bed rack perfectly. Tent was well packed, no defects of any sort. Is light and easy to deploy, perfect for our needs. Looking forward to many, many adventures with this great set-up

So far we have had a great experience with Go Overland Canada . From ease of ordering, and prompt responses to all our questions. When we ran into issues finding the proper crossbars for our vehicle they suggested a local company that could assist and advise. Even though the tent we wanted was on back order, it was delivered within the time frame they indicated. It’s delivered in a sturdy crate, so no worries there. We looked at numerous tents and were thrilled to find one at this price point with all the features and better yet.. a Canadian Company! It’s very well constructed, roomy, and easy to set up and close. We are planning a trip through Labrador and Newfoundland this summer and look forward to taking it on the road. We are recently retired and know it will bring us years of adventures.

Customer service was absolutely stellar! Amazing company to deal with and top quality products as well. Look forward to placing future orders. 12/10 would recommend and purchase from again.

Excellent product as always with these guys, I thoroughly enjoyed the annex addition to my expedition mini, once I mostly figured out how to set it up! My only critique would be that there’s only video instructions on YouTube. Which won’t necessarily help when there’s no service to watch them. But none the less it’s a simple, well built and durable product! Highly recommend this, and I highly recommend watching or downloading the set up instructions before hand for a smoother first time set up!

I boughy the go overland expedition mini 1 year ago and this is a game changer for any outdoor trip, 10/10 sleeping experience! Would take 1 inch more on the mattress but still good like that 🙌

Going on year three of owning my g.o.c journey x (older model I think ver1/1.5) and i damaged my gas strut outa my own stupidity and Vito and the amazing team behind him with zero questions asked had me a new set shipped out the same day I told them and I had them in my hands two day later. Great service, quick respond to my questions

After a few failed attempts at dealing with a few different overland companies in the past, Go Overland Canada has been an amazing company to deal with. From first contact, to questions and or any issues, they have been amazing with quick resolution.

It’s not just about product and volume sales, it’s about a brand and unlike other companies, GoOverland actually goes out and uses their products as well. (Not a poser company making instagram posts relying on their customer basis for content)

We love our tent! We have it mounted on load bars above a truck cap on a full sized pickup truck. This puts the bottom of the tent at 6'8". At that height a shorter person might not be able to manage it, but with the long pull strap and extension ladder I can manage the tent alone for setup and pack-up. It's a really well built tent and HUGE. We are all very excited to get out camping.

Crazy fast shipped and responsive staff. Construction of the cases looks and feels solid. Looking forward to putting the cases through their paces. Only thing to note was that the fasteners for the molle top were loose on one of the cases and half of them were rattling around free inside.

It will be nice to be warned the tent comes in a wood crate and make us remember the tent weight 150lbs! When I receive it I was surprised I big it was. By chance I got a few friends to pull out this beast out of the delivery truck. In general, I’m happy but lack of accessories for this tent.
