This is a faulce pege. I'm bought I light for my citystar. I not received ani answer not emails not any contact. Stolen my money.

This site is a ghost site. Takes the money and then you never know if the thing arrives or no. Sometimes yes sometimes no. No one answers to mails or phone. Don’t even think to buy from them.

Ordered some gaskets for my DF70 outboard. Before one month I emailed them to ask about the delay. At first they answered at my emails (with quote a delay) and basically told me nothing. After this (two months) I tried to cancel the order, they replied that they need to ask from their supplier! After this they didnt bother to replay any messages. It has been 5 months and they still owe me my money. Total scam!

Goparts.eu is correct site, they send me just what I want. I am fully satisfied with them, only exception was that there wasn't any online shipping and tracking info.

On 06/04/2022 I made a purchase by order no. GPNL239934, indicating that the items were available 15 days after purchase.
On 6/28/2022, after being asked about the status of the same order, I received an indication that two weeks was the estimated time for the items still out of stock to be available.
On 02/09/2022 in response to the order status, I was informed that the missing items would be available in two weeks.
Four months after the purchase, I still haven't received the paid OEM parts for my SYM TONIK 125.
Terrible service without any control by the Neerland authorities and the European Union.

Ordered parts for my gsxr. They sent me 2 of 3 parts. They ”missed” to send me the most expensive part. Sent an email and they said that they would refund me.

1 month later and nothing has happened. Still waiting for the 100€ the should refund me.

Scammers dont order anything from goparts.eu

I ordered a gasket for my Peugeot Satelis 250 scooter, i.e. the item Peugeot - 768306 - GASKET and paid immediately via Paypal. That was in April 2022... now it is September, there is no news from the company, no delivery. The company phone number is dead. I believe this might be a SCAMMING website.

DON'T BUY HERE! This shop is a simple scam! I ordered a part OVER A MONTH AGO! The part was marked as "in stock" and ready to ship! For 4 weeks I received NO further message at all! To my e-mails I received NO repsonse! After opening a conflict case with PayPal further lies about the delivery date came from the seller and at the end I never received the part!

Got my bike parts. One part shipped was wrong. Looked up the order and realised they put through the wrong part through their end. Contacted them and realised the order was a mess. Customer service will never own up their mistake. Will take a few days to respond. After back order taking 2 months, which is understandable, a mistake in the part at their end is the last headache you want. Totally nightmare service. Ended up waiting 2 months to mot my bike, then another month looking for parts elsewhere. I was fed up with the to and fro. Just avoid them if you can. Last resort maybe.
