Lets blame Highlevel for allowing scammers to resell their platform

Pipeline Pro lifetime deal is a scam and it doesn't include many things that you need, You need to buy a subscription that costs $100 per month.
Pipeline Pro is a white-label version of Go High Level, so why don't we buy directly from there and for the same price and hopefully better service and product?
Actually, we need to blame High Level for allowing this to resell

STAY AWAY! “Lifetime Membership” IS A SCAM!

I had originally purchased this product to be able to help my business streamline to have everything all in the same place at the same time. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. This system is an absolute JOKE. I had to submit numerous “support tickets” to have things fixed REPEATEDLY. The lifetime license is also a joke as well. You pay the fee once expected this to work properly, and for the system to be as advertised, but you have access to nothing and then you get nickeled and dime for every little thing to try to add onto it. I was consistently double charged for the “marketing automation suite“ repeatedly, and the system wouldn’t post half the time or give me an “error” and wouldn’t work anyway. I canceled the program completely and I am still being charged, not once, BUT DOUBLE AGAIN!! Stay away from this product and do not use it. It will completely mess up your website, your social media, and your contacts. Oh, and if you want to have messaging and email options to your clients as well, that’s another added cost that they didn’t tell you about that supposedly isn’t covered by the lifetime license. Once customer service did respond, I actually straight up ask them “what exactly does the lifetime license even cover?“ And they never gave me a straight answer. STAY AWAY!!

BEWARE They tried to smear my name on Facebook

UPDATE: It actually gets worse than this. In subsequent days, their customer service team completely denied they ever did what they did and also tried to arrange a meeting with me to sell me more stuff. Total waste of time. Beware!

First, let me say that running a business isn't easy. And CRMs like Go Pipeline Pro really help commercial officers understand potential revenue, reach out to customers, etc. I purchased the lifetime subscription (it was admittedly an excellent deal at the time in, I believe, 2020 or 2021) and noticed all of these great features were available.

When I was ready to refine my email templates and input contacts to send to customers, it seemed that I was unable to access the email function. I reached out to Go Pipeline Pro and brought this to their attention, when they notified me their updated version required purchasing some marketing suite to allow creating new templates and initiating new campaigns. I was, of course, bummed, but I understood. I had a meeting with a very amiable gentleman to discuss this option, but I ultimately chose a competitor over GoPipelinePro because I saw more value there.

Many months later, I kept seeing the lifetime license offer flood my Facebook feed. So, I left a comment saying that "yeah, but you gate the content after you purchase the lifetime license, so..." to let other buyers know that you might not have access to everything included up front. Instead of responding with a cordial, "I'm sorry to hear this. That is news to our ears and we'll have a rep reach out shortly to figure out why your functions are gated.", they started by indicating I mistook them for a different company (as if I didn't recognize their brand or something). I then responded, clarifying they literally gated the email function. Whatever knucklehead is in charge of their social media then went on to deny it, again, and attack me PERSONALLY, saying they found my account and accusing me of violating email regulations, ultimately indicating THAT was the reason my email function was gated.

I kindly corrected them, retorting that I never actually had the chance to initiate an email campaign, but I'd share my distasteful interaction with others.

I literally have an email from their support team telling me the function was gated because of the 2.0 update. I will happily send a screenshot of it to anyone interested in knowing more about this company.

For anyone at GoPipelinePro: I'm open to trying your platform again if you've changed your mind about gating the email function. But I'd like an apology from your social media manager.

I fell for the upsell..... DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SERVICE from these…

Update 13/7/23
Being disingenuous still. Offered a refund to then retract their offer. Still threatening legal action. 3 months and counting...
Update 26/6/23
I've gone directly with Gohighlevel as suggested by another reviewer. It looks like Gopipelinepro was using the white label option of gohighlevel and yes you can directly get GHL - it's only $97 pm I think.

Update 1/6/23
Had another lovely email from Andrew's Attorney claiming my "slanderous" reviews have lost the company $20k which is "directly attributed" to my "online statements." It's apparently my "final opportunity" to resolve before the lawsuit. Funny that, Andrew has had many many opportunities to resolve this issue by just refunding and moving on. He chose to be difficult. I've now heard the final chance line maybe 6 or so times. The deadline was originally 1st May to pursue legally. It's now 1st June.... They've stopped all services that I have paid for so I've paid for something I have not received and they refuse to refund.

UPDATE 20/5/23
Received a Cease and Desist Letter from Andrew's solicitor, demanding the removal of my Trustpilot review. My review was blurred for about a week because GoPipelinePro had flagged it up as illegal activity. I reached out to Trustpilot, they removed Nathan's review and reinstated mine. It's against Trustpilot's policy for a company to demand removal of a review. Credit to Trustpilot. Andrew has previously offered 50% refund if I removed my review AND signed an agreement that I would never speak negatively of his company again. He attempts to silence those who have had awful experiences with him. I wanted a full refund and his refusal means I will now pursue legally. By the looks of it my experience is not isolated!

UPDATE 17/5/23
I have noticed my Review has been flagged on here for containing "illegal and harmful content" for giving an honest review of my experience!
Please be aware the 5 Star review is given by Nathan Oates who is the SALESMAN at Gopipelinepro! He is the one that made so many promises about the Upsell. Unbelievable!

UPDATE: 24/4/23 Instead of replying on here, I've had a message from Andrew claiming I'm attempting to "extort money" by demanding a refund for poor service. He's also apparently instructing his legal team to file a defamation and slander lawsuit against me. I'm apparently bullying him and his team. Then he throws in at the end that they're still dedicated to finish the project should I wish to work with them and it's my choice. Charming, eh?

-------------------------------------------
I should have read the reviews before signing up as I purchased one of their expensive packages. I wanted and needed someone strategic to create a set up that would automate the marketing and sales for us. I had a couple sales calls with them where we ironed out what I needed. I paid for the lowest package (fortunately) but it's still a hefty 6-7k!
There are two "strategy" calls with Andrew, the CEO, valued at 3k. I had one. I was soooo disappointed. A 15min check in and exploratory call figuring out what I already have is apparently "strategy". I've been in business a long time. I have paid for consultants, mentors, coaches and strategists. I know the quality to expect, especially if something is valued at $1500 per call. I wouldn't even do such a call for free. He was lazily using that time to get info out of me that could be taken from my website and I was paying him for this privilege. The WHOLE POINT of going ahead with a paid package was so I can focus on other aspects of my business whilst I outsource this to these guys.
I have since had calls with one of their tech people (two calls). It's ridiculous that I am paying for the privilege to learn the tech behind how to communicate with them for this project. THEY should be communicating with me in a way that works for me rather than adding me to a conveyor belt.

The only piece of work I have received from them is a VSL script. 17 pages of text with lots of spacing, text taken from a form they got me to fill in and maybe 10min of prompt work with ChatGTP. Oh and some slides. When I requested a refund, I was told they were nearly done with completion, despite the fact that I am currently still on "week 1" of a 6 week programme on their system.

Nearly done when the software has nothing customised to us.
If this is nearly done, what exactly have I paid for,

This was not what was sold to me.
This was not what was described.
The quality of the meetings is so poor. I've been promised more strategy calls (so they are admitting the first wasn't great, eh?) yet what is the point if they are "nearly done" already? How will that benefit me and how will I gain anything from them?

They are refusing a refund. I will not give up though.
Please DO NOT purchase any service from them.

AVOID

AVOID. If I could avoid giving any stars at all I would. I had an extremely stressful and awful experience with this company which had extensive repercussions.

In sharing my true experience on Trustpilot I've been accused of being defamatory, and have been sent emails regarding legal proceedings against me for my review here. Therefore this is an edit of my initial review. I am very unhappy with the service and it was the worst decision ever to work with them.

Buyer Beware

Pros: The platform is High Level’s white label product, rebranded as Pipeline Pro. I loved the platform, but could not deal with PLP, so I have moved to High Level - I now have more features for less money, and the support is amazing.

Cons: I stupidly bought the high ticket offer without checking PLP out. Had I done my due diligence, I would have looked beyond the sales spiel and carefully curated 'testimonials' to see the smoke and mirrors. After working with them for nearly 8 weeks they still did not even have my profession right in the advertising assets they had created. You could be forgiven for thinking it was a bad joke. I mistakenly tried to manage it by requesting to exchange the custom conversion system for tech support, which they did agree to do… eventually. I should have saved myself time and headaches and left PLP then. To say communication was difficult is putting it mildly. I found the communication exasperating. The standard response to negative feedback was repetitive defensive big-noting of PLP. I notice the same has happened when dissatisfied customers have left negative reviews. Thou doth protest too much? If you are considering PLP, pay attention to the red flags.
Edit: I have since noticed that PLP flag negative reviews so they are blurred out. I read those reviews before they were blurred out... they rang very true, based on my experience with PLP.
Edit 27.5.23: Like another reviewer, I was offered a partial refund (3K) if I sign an exit agreement with the condition that I remove my review and never speak negatively of the company, or call their integrity into question (seriously!?). I refuse to remove my review as a matter of principle. I hope other prospective PLP customers look at Trust Pilot before handing over their hard-earned cash, and that this review saves them from losing sleep (and time and money) the way I did.

Overall: I purchased the US$10K ‘Done for You’ Package to save myself time on tech set up and marketing. What a mistake that was. For me, PLP was an infuriating waste of time and money. I am a patient and reasonable person, and I tried harder than I should have to make things work with PLP. In the end I decided to cut my losses and move on… only to be told again how great PLP are, and that I am impossible the please!? Still getting over the fact that I paid $10K for gaslighting.

Go High Level provided set up for free, and have been a delight to work with so far.

For marketing advice, I read The One Page Marketing Plan by Allan Dib, 100M Offers by Alex Hormozi, and How to Write Copy That Sells by Ray Edwards.

Don't waste your money on it

Don't waste your money on it. They offer a "lifetime license"(just a bait), with pretty much just a kanban board that can be used for free on lot of other free web apps. It requires a lot of add-ons that require high monthly fees.

They took the money and removed my access

I bought their product (Funnel Builder) for a lifetime but they removed my access and said I was inactive. It is up to me when I want to use it, they cannot remove my access because I paid for it. They scammed me. I want a full refund.

I want a refund

I want a refund, I don't like the app, I don't want it anymore and they are also too annoying, they call me at all times, they send me messages on the phone and flood my email with spam. It is totally horrible a bad experience that I never want to repeat. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. do not ask or want emails trying to convince me I only confirm and reconfirm that I want a refund.
