We had a fantastic experience working with Shilan on the architects side, Joe on the building controls and structural drawings side, Renata on tendering and Abigail on third party fittings. They provide such a great all encompassing service and everything is to a very high standard. Shilan''s drawings were really impressive and she was very proactive in ensuring we got planning permission promptly. We are continuing to work with Joe and he is so helpful. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced too.

It was our first time asking for planning permission. It was very stressful but Shilan patiently dealt with our enquiries throughout the whole process. Goplans gave me a very affordable and efficient service. I had designed my alterations and Guido helped me to bring that to paper. He was incredibly quick to respond to all my requests. It was tricky to get councils approval and he was patient in helping me navigate this. Jo was also quick to respond to queries about building control and the engineer was also very helpful and creative. I would recommend the Goplans team.

We used Goplans after we were let down by a local architect (who took several months to turn around plans for a double storey extension). The service from Goplans could not have been more different. Professional, reliable and supportive. After months of stress, Goplans took all the stress away and turned around our plans within just two weeks (this included three revisions)! The plans were perfect, Shilan really captured everything we wanted and found solutions to issues we were encountering by coming up with pocket doors and access points we had not thought of. Shilan at Goplans made the process so easy and simple. Our planning application was approved without issue. We wish we had used Goplans right from the outset. I would also like to add that I live in Preston and there were no issues whatsoever with Goplans being based further afield.

In response your comments, you have a link part of your email communications for your clients to pick an appropriate available time for an appointment. There was no reason for me to reply with my contact number.
In addition to the first appointment missed!! I was 5 minutes late to join, I called the office with no reply. Happy to sent you proof of calls I made on the 3 occasions where no show and no phone calls answered.
I am sorry if the truth is not acceptable, I run my business on customers reviews too! This is the best way forward. I have no time to waste writing comments unnecessary.

Had 2 calls booked in. Next day you receive email saying techinical issue. Nonsense! No one shows up for a call. Cannot trust them with house plan if this is how they value customers time!

We couldn't be happier with the support we received for our loft conversion. The team was very helpful from detailed drawings and successful planning applications to their tireless work in overcoming initial hurdles due to our house layout, this team provided a truly comprehensive service. We definitely recommend them.

Go Plans did a terrific job creating a comprehensive lighting/electrical design for my home extension, and in particular suggesting a solution for a tricky ceiling configuration that not only solved the problem, but which I love. The team were quick, responsive, and generous with their time throughout the process, and I'd gladly work with them again.

We had a very positive experience with Go Plans. They were efficient and helpful in redesigning the upper floor of our Victorian house in London. The team provided the necessary calculations for some large door openings and handled the planning permissions with the council in a conservation area, which added an extra layer of complexity. Awesome. Just fab. I needed help end to end across architecture, engineering, technicalities, design, council representation as well as an SoW for the whole project to be delivered (as well as quoted for by builders) for a rear extension and internal reconfiguration with chimneys, toilets, plumbing and walls. The entire team was brilliant from start to finish with little fuss. When I had a major issue with UKPN and council over legacy power supply issues with my house, Go Plan acted immediately after I escalated to them and managed to amend plans asap for approval within 5 days. Trustworthy, approachable and above all, value! This goes for the whole team, Oli, Shilan, Joe, Aswin and last but not least, stitching everything together, Renata, what a gem she is. Go Plan will be used again for future projects, for sure!

Did exactly what they said they would do.
I had a series of disappointments with other architects for a project on my house ( dormer ) and I asked Oliver & Ashwin to only take the project on if they could deliver .
They reviewed & researched my case beforehand and then took the job on , saying that they were reasonably confident .
We did get our planning permission and we are very happy .
We will definitely work with them again !!

Prompt replies to any enquiries, drawings completed quickly, friendly knowledgeable staff, quick turnaround of planning deliverables with understandable explanations and highlighting potential issues.

Go Plans assisted me on my extension and ground floor refurb project. I have enjoyed working with Oliver and Renata over the past 9 months. Oliver is very kind to provide me with a floor plan of the whole ground floor although they charged me on the side return extension. Renata has been quite helpful to recommend kitchen provider, partywall solicitor, etc. The partners they have suggested are very professional and did a good job for me. They also helped me review two quotes. Paul did a very detailed breakdown analyses for me and helped me understand what I should focus on and do further negotiation. In the end, I decided to use my own builder but the ones they recommended are really competitive - that is why it was a very difficult choice for me! However, I chose my own builder in the end just because they did quite a few projects for me in the past. I have to say that overall, Go Plans provide a very good service and I am very happy about. I definitely recommend.

Over the past few years my partner and I have been talking about extending onto our lounge and turning it into a dining area, as well as a place to perform our music to friends and family.

We didn’t know where to start and found it very daunting, so a friend suggested finding project management which made total sense.
I came across a few companies that offered some kind of project management, but after speaking to one of the team at Go Plans I found they were the only company that offered a bespoke service from start to finish.

Once we spoke about the cost of project management, I initially thought it was a little pricy however, once they broke it down, I realized they were actually very reasonable as they end up saving you a fair amount of money, so for me it was a no brainer and decided to go for it.

I am now at the tendering stage, and it is going very smoothly and importantly stress free for both my partner and me.

The team at Go Plans are very attentive and make you feel totally at ease as they have a professional team member for every area of the build.

To sum it up so far, I am extremely happy as they really do cover absolutely everything and each team member I have spoken to is friendly, professional and very good at their job.

I look forward to continuing the project with Go Plans as I know I am in very good hands.

They were fast affordable and always on hand to help.
I did have a discrepancy with fire regulations gee but it was swiftly resolved.
