We had a trip planned to Istanbul and Kay was able to really help with all of our planning from the get go.

I'll start by saying Kay is a real gem and an asset to Go Privilege. I gave him a few essentials for what I was after that included a gym for me, swimming pool for the kids, budget friendly and in a location close to sights.

Kay absolutely nailed it. He provided me with a short list of hotels that met these requirements, detailing ratings, property features and location highlights. With this information, I was able to quickly make a decision on the hotel.

The whole booking process was seamless as he did all the research and we knew we were in safe hands with all the hard work he'd put in.

On arrival to the hotel - we showed the voucher and were good to go. We did experience one issue but after a quick text to Kay, 5 minutes later... everything was sorted and we even got some complementary treats as an apology from the hotel.

I'll be using this service from Go Privilege again and liaising with Kay for our next trip / adventure.

We recently travelled to Florida on business and used Kay as our concierge service. He took all of the stress out of the trip, booking flights and accomodation and keeping us notified and well informed in the lead up to the trip and during our stay. Sometimes late into the evenings kay was working, he is responsive, helpful and nothing is to much trouble. I would highly recommend and we will certainly be using this service again.

I have just booked my dream 12 years delayed honeymoon with the best luxury travel specialist, not only has he made the process easy, what made it more special is that he listened to me, he understood me and how special it was for me. Kay worked with our budget and went above and beyond to make it special adding amazing touches with his incredible connections. I was very picky and even had to change my dates last minute due to family wedding, but Kay was always polite, friendly and he made sure I still had the same experience with the best hotel that I really wanted and made it work. I will always be grateful as it is a special honeymoon for us after all this years.
I absolutely recommend and hope that we will book more experiences together.

I used Go Privilege to take my son to his 1st NFL game at Spurs. The whole experience was seamless and our entry gate had no queue and we were through security in a couple of minutes. The pre match food was great and we also had a free drink at half time. As for the view from our 'elevated seat' well that was excellent and the stadium experience was also brilliant. All in all it was a great day and represented brilliant value for money . I am not normally someone who leaves online reviews but i would definitely use Go Privilege again, 10/10

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish , I was sceptical about using go privilege as I have never had tickets for events through 3rd parties before and with it being coldplay i was very nervous, but from start to finish they was great , always in contact and very professional, I'm looking forward to using them again.
