We completely understand your concerns about the service rate. Because some of the transactions / clients we work with do involve a higher level of risk—especially when traditional financing isn't an option—rates can sometimes reflect that added risk and the complexity involved in securing funding.
Most of our preferred borrowers (meaning much slower risk determined by the banks ) see interest rates starting at prime +1 on secured products and one percent a month on uncollateralized lines
That said, we always strive to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and that the value received aligns with their business goals.

Beyond My Expectations
I was very impressed with the knowledge, attention, and speed of the service I received from Patti. I called and started a process of opening a business credit line in order to purchase a new vehicle at noon. By 6pm, I was driving home in the vehicle, thanks to their amazing abilities. I have nothing else to do as I'm medically on bedrest. There will be quite a few unhappy sales people. It's okay though because I'm a big believer in "do unto others as they have done unto you"

Overall, this was a pretty seamless process with good communication from Dan Mancini, the finance manager. We were able to get some useful funding with acceptable terms. QualiFi sourced better options than the other companies that we worked with to get funding.
