After asking the german repair center for manual without success i wrote to the swedish service center.
Vom deutschen RepairCenter kamen nur automatische Eingangsbestätigung aber keine Lösung (Link zu deutschem Manual, welches bei Lieferung fehlte)

I had a very bad experience with a Gorenje fridge bought in Germany, it stopped working after only five years and it couldn't be repaired, I already wrote to Gorenje customer service and I didn't receive any reply, I will never buy any Gorenje product and I very disappointed.
I forgot to specify that it was a very expensive Frigorifero combinato ONRK193C-L, paid 1200 €
Gorenje GT10-U small boiler.
exploded after 2 days use.
No help from customer service.
Despite the safety group, the heater cannot stand the pressure. Full plastic with very thin cover.
I had to send it to trash.
Awful service. Our brand new oven has malfunctioning switch. The problem could have been solved simply by sending us a replacement switch which could have been changed in a second. Instead, they refused to send a spare part, asking us hand papers over to our landlord (who bought the oven) to be filled out, then they have to inspect the oven etc. Which all is too time consuming for such small problem.
I had some problems with a dishwasher machine and had all the help I could want to resolve it.
They sended a technician to evaluate the problem, then they exchanged the defective product and refund me the expenses regarding the second installation.
It was a very good experience even with a problem like this. I'm very pleased with the Gorenje product and the support.
