Ordered gates payed for galv and powder coated , took ages before arrived few broken panels no galv , they did send new panels , powder coating now about 1 yr old and rust coming through , when queried about why not galv I got no reply and still haven’t , beware don’t pay up front

Absolutely shocking
I paid £3000 for the gates which were supposed to be galvanised and made to last as I live on a main road.
The hinges are rusted and the lock is hanging out of the gate. I am not able to contact them, they don't reply to emails and their phone is discontinued.
Does anyone have any advice what I can do about this?

Steer clear of this company, they took my money 5 months ago and still no parts delivered , I emailed the sales team twice and no reply , I even wrote to the managing director and got no reply . It appears that they are all part of a scam , they need investigating.

Stephen Fleming is the director. He has someone else called Kym (although not sure if that's real either).

On Facebook and on here, you can see what this criminal does. He takes orders, asks for full or minimum 50% deposit and then disappears. Unfortunately, in a world where we buy online, scum like this guy hide behind their computer scamming thousands of pounds. He even tricked our independent installer who came out to meet unsuspecting.

I've reported to police and fraud online and will be taking legal action.

Stop this scum from scamming more people.

we have paid a deposit for the gates but are now unable to get hold of them. They do not answer their phone and won't respond to any of my emails. Have been trying to get hold of them for weeks!

Do not use this company. They have taken money from my vulnerable aged parents and despite reasonable requests by phone and email have not supplied goods

If I could give no stars, I would.

This scam company need fingers chopping off in Lou of selling crap products with NO customer service, NO communications, NO refunds nor offers of compensation.

There are a group of disgruntled customers of this company who have decided to visit these scammers in person to further their claims for refunds. Join them

Vile company

We bought 2 sets of custom made large gates from Gorgeous Gates. They took more than six months to make and were delivered in terrible condition, chipped, scraped, we refused to accept them. After another long delay they were returned to us, they were still far from perfect but it was now a very long time from ordering and we hadn't the heart to start from scratch with another supplier.

Since installation, they continue to chip easily. The locks are now rusting and do not always hold in the wind. And now one of the inside handles has snapped off so we can't open the gates when in our property!

We have rung and left messages all this week, multiple times, no one answers the phone or gets back to us.

Really exasperated, these were very EXPENSIVE gates and they are not great quality and the service is poor.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Gorgeous Gates. I placed an order in March and have been met with constant delays and poor communication. Their responses to emails were sparse, and they repeatedly promised a quick resolution, which never materialized. When I requested to cancel the order, they claimed to have started but only sent one picture of a gate and vanished once more. Now, their telephone is non-functional, and they are unresponsive to emails. Dealing with Gorgeous Gates has been an exercise in extreme irresponsibility, and I would strongly advise against ever purchasing anything from them. I was stolen more than 1000 pounds

SCAM!!!SCAM!!! They scammed me on more than £3000!! I ordered gates form they website on 30/7/2023 and I still not received gates. Now they not responding for my emails, not answering phones and even when I tried message to them on Facebook they reads my messages and blocked me!! 🛑🛑🛑

DO NOT USE! purchased gates and automation back in February, months of excuses and now being ignored! Still have not received a refund or goods (October 2023).

Do not order from here!! Took full payment and refused refund when requested.

It is now 6 weeks since I asked for the installation of some fencing and a gate. There were delays since giving them my requested deposit before the site visit was carried out. Monday of this week I got a call from the surveyor/install who I did enter into an agreement with it was Gorgeous Gate to say they cannot install the fencing or gate due to safety issues. Since this call both Stephen Fleming and his assistant Kym have refused to refund my deposit, return my calls or emails. I did not hesitate to give them the deposit but now no one wants to call me or return my deposit. It is now 21st July 2023 and no response from company.
