I bought a wig from this company. The wig was atrocious and fabricated with such poor quality. The customer service was worst than the wig. They bombard you with emails about partial refunds and gift cards until finally, no refund issued. If youre ready to waste your money, this is the place for you.

I first purchased a wig from Gorgius in 2022 and the quality was great however when I purchased 3 more in 2023, it was obvious that the quality was not the same. They had similar packaging but it seemed to be cheap wigs made by a different manufacturer. My previous wig never tangled and a was easy to wash, (I misplaced it which is why I got another in 2023) but the same wig I re-ordered is poorly made, easily tangled, and is nappy. It looks like synthetic hair was used and it was not worth the price. It also too about a month to ship and I learned it came from China. If the return policy wasn't so complicated, I would have returned but I read other reviews that people never received their refund. Do not waste your money on these cheap wigs. You are better off going to a beauty supply store to find the same quality wigs for under $100. I would NOT RECOMMEND!

Hair quality is great. I received a lovely lob.

I will say my four star review was not posted. The only negatives were that the wig was an A-line bob (this was not mentioned and the photo was of a different piece) and that the knots were visible.

These were not deal breakers and I would still purchase again, but I was disappointed that my review was not shared.

I made a purchase online from Gorgious wigs using PayPal. Seller sent an item different from what was pictured and described. Different style, cheap quality. Per the sellers and PayPal policy a full refund is due to the buyer. PayPal and seller refuse to uphold this policy. PayPal and the seller have failed to acknowledge photographic evidence provided by the buyer. Instead they have held the buyer at fault for the return shipping costs. Only after making a claim with PayPal did i learn that company is in China. Thus return shipping would cost more than the cost of the item. PayPal is supporting this well executed scheme as they profit from a portion of the transaction. PayPal is willingly participating in the scamming of US customers for profit. The “ Buyer Protection “ policy is a front to ensure US customers of some sort of protection or safety from scams. I request a full refund of my purchase from the seller/PayPal. PayPal is liable as they are falsely advertising buyer protection and refund on purchases, which is not the case. They prefer that the sellers continue to scam customers so that they (PayPal) can also gain a profit. This issue will be escalated to congress and the fair trade commission.

Do not order a wig from this company I ordered a wig and received it within 3 days the wig was very cheap. I emailed them to return and have been getting the run around they will not send me the address to send back the wig. they keep trying to offer me discounts and telling me to keep the wig it has been a week now and they ignore me and will not answer the question that I am asking which is "what is the return address" i have never had any issues with returning anything with any company before I will never order from this company again

They delete negative reviews from their site. I left a 3 star review commenting on how the hair sheds and mattes and it is no longer posted on their site.

A terrible experience to say the least. Bought a wig and paid through monthly payment instalments and was told to pay an additional $35 for DHL shipping. Returned the package and STILL waiting 3+ weeks for my money to be returned to me. They keep blaming the shipping company despite the package coming to me in less than 2 weeks. Crooks and thieves, watch out for your money.

THEY REFUSE TO SEND RETURN LABEL BECAUSE I RECEIVED WIG BUT SEEMED ALOT BRIGHTER THAN I THOUGHTITS OVER 30 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING WHICH IS THE ONLY ORDER ON MY KLARNA ACCOUNT! THEY TRY TO STRONG ARM YOU TO KEEP THE PRODUCT EVEN IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE!

I absolutely adore my new hair! The 12 inch Boho Curly Bang Wig from Gorgius feels and looks amazing, and I'm so glad I took the chance on purchasing a natural black wig. It looks incredibly natural, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Not only is the quality of the hair wonderful, but the customer service from Gorgius was also great.

I recently ordered some curly hair bundles and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the hair. No chemical smell and felt sooooo soft. The packaging was also beautiful and added a luxurious touch to the overall experience. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my order and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.

I found this website on social media, by the tiktok girlies, and they all looked so good! since I'd never wore wigs before, I was a little hesitant, but I decided to check them out because of all the promising reviews.

the wig I ordered was the Jerry Curl wig with bangs. it looked AMAZING - great quality, felt SO soft and breathable and was easy to put on for beginners, and I got so many compliments! on the hair, they included a security band and clip-ins for extra security aswell.

they also included a gift box in the package, which was super amazing!

I had a minor issue with shipping, but the customer service team was helpful and on board with me the whole time. overall, I had a really great experience shopping here, and I highly recommend shopping from gorgius :)
