Good service, reasonably priced
I use Gorilla Conferencing to conduct mediations where I want to put different parties in their own virtual rooms. It works very well for that purpose. (I would give it 5 stars if I could control my access to the rooms with a web app instead of my telephone keypad.)

Best thing that ever happened to small businesses.
A most convenient way to have a conference call with any number of people and not be committed to scheduled usage. Have passed the program to other friends and they've certainly appreciated the knowledge.

very good service, available when call
Each time I have had to call with billing or service question or credit card authorization changes they have answered promptly. My requests have been handled with one call and have not required a follow up call. Saves my company time & $$. To have someone on the other end of the line that understands what I am saying is awesome compared to some companies that you call & you have overseas call centers or you have someone on the other end that does not understand what you are asking.
