Hi there flight sim gear faults
Hi there, I made a complaint about your flight sim gear. Nothing to date has happened. The sim discs have a "fatal" fault. I think that I received the wrong yoke and the throttle controls have ZERO lights working, as well as the throttles only work intermittently. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Second time ordering with Gorilla Gaming, this latest order was an expensive item. It arrived fast and process was super smooth.

My pre-order will be a week late, if not later.
I placed a preorder on Saints Row, this is the second time I've placed a preorder, it will certainly be the last and it will also likely be the last time I buy anything through them, the other preorder was also late but this was during peak covid, they were apologetic, so fair enough.
This time however, it didn't ship until release and will now take a week at minimum to get here, any other vendor would have it in my hands either day 1 or the next day. Considering your preorder promise of striving and doing your "best" to have it shipped early so it will be here on time, that's absolutely laughable and mightily disingenuous.
I like to try to keep my money either in Australia or with our NZ brethren, but when this is the result, I can't blame people for filling Bezos' pocket.

I dont know why everyones saying the delivery is good? I paid $400 they didnt offer free delivery or an express shipping option. Its taken two weeks to come it took them two days to ship it and its taking forever. I always get packages within a week with Auspost.
