I am a bad fit or you you have a horrible service?

I ordered a demo and was refused even in demo? I was told I am not a good fit. Read this :"We are very picky who we take as our customers..." Jae Juan wrote to me when canceled the demo.
The reason, I rescheduled the time for the demo and it didn't change. And as he thinks I don't have enough orders. So, get out of here! You don't even deserve to try this!
"Amazing company and fantastic service"
The website doesn't explain exactly how it works and is it will solve the problem that I am looking a solution for. General information about google sheets addons that's it.
Absolutely disrespectful attitude.
