They really are direct and fast in resolving small problem I had with the cap of a pen. All of them are involved, and I had correspondence with few of them at the same time, which really was reassuring that the issue is going to be resolved. I like the time in which they are responding to mails. Really good customer service.
I really recommend buying a Supernote in Europe with them. Service is 1st Class and they are very responsive. At the moment I don't have any issues with the device, but I'm sure they will take care of it if it will not work.
