Wish i could give 0 stars

Wish i could give 0 stars. Customer service is beyond horrible. Buy items you cant return then pay for 2nd day air and 2 weeks later you get your package and they wont refund your $25 for second day air. 2 days for processing 2 days to think about shipping and they don't do anything on Saturday and Sunday. This is not on their website at all unless you go hunting the description of 2nd day air does not mention any of this. They must be hurting for money over 25$

Doesn’t deserve one star. Purchased a sweater. It was marked down again within days of my purchase and they would not do a price adjustment.
They did not disclose full return policy in the returns sections.Did not say you had 5 days to return sale items . So very misleading and then charge you $25 to return . LOL they said oh HIGH END COMPANIES CHARGE A FEE ! Seriously ???? HERMES DOES NOT CHARGE A FEE TO RETURN FOR ONE EXAMPLE Forget this company .

Needed a warm winter coat for Montana…

Needed a warm winter coat for Montana winters. Gorsuch prices are pretty steep, thousands for a coat, but I figured if they were so expensive, maybe the quality would be better than all the ill fitting Chinese and India garbage available these days. So I ran up thousands on my credit card, ordering coat after coat. The quality and skimpy fit were every bit as poor as outsourced products from other companies; the only feature that makes Gorsuch unique is that they put on a completely unreasonable grossly inflated pricetag. Disgusting thievery. Finally got all the coats sent back and the credit card straightened out, such dishonesty and misrepresentation is more than unreasonable.
In addition, their catalogs, while beautifully done, show the exact same items on the exact same models year after year. They don't even come out with anything new.
Everything on their end is done as cheaply as possible and the quality and prices are nothing short of highway robbery.
Do not give this company the time of day, let alone your thousands.

Worst Ski Shop Ever

I bought the "best" Oakley ski goggles for $200 in their Aspen store. They have a "sealed" 2-layer lens. Wore them for one afternoon immediately after purchase. They fogged up inside the sealed lens from top to center and I could see droplets water in the bottom half. Clearly a faulty seal. I went back to their store asking to exchange goggles or just a lens replacement. The store manager was rude beyond description and flatly refused to do anything to rectify the situation. My salesperson was very apologetic over his manager's behavior. I told him that I would trash Gorsuch on every review site I could find and file a formal Better Business Bureau complaint. I have been skiing for over 50 years and Gorsuch is absolutely the WORST ski shop I have ever encountered. If I could give them a negative 5, I would.

Best online shopping

I order clothing frequently. Great customer interaction with the staff on the telephone taking my order, prompt and efficient shipping , returns and exchanges, when necessary. Gorsuch is my favorite online store !

Why have an online store at all?

Why have an online store at all?

Gorsuch has some nice things but their website is horrible. They recently upgraded the site and now it is a total mess. Before the upgrade, processing and shipping were slow. Now they are apparently processing orders with a single person writing them out by hand, sending them to the shipping department by snail mail and shipping them to customers via pony express.

Worst. Online. Experience. Ever.
Avoid!
