Our case handler Jermaine Michaels did a fantastic job in dealing with the purchase of our first home. The process was swift and smooth with very few issues arising. Whilst most of the documentation received was clear and easy to understand, Jermaine was extremely helpful and quick at answering any queries we had. I would highly recommend Gorvins, and Jermaine, as your conveyancer for purchasing a home.

I won’t name our case handler as I believe this is unfair.

They got the job done, but with very little communication, responsiveness, or support. They were recommended by our mortgage broker, but the experience was frustrating. The person handling our case often seemed unsure, and communication was poor—if we didn’t chase them by phone, we received no updates at all.

On the day of completion, we were unexpectedly handed an additional bill of £200 due to a miscalculation of the indemnity policy cost. As we were moving out that day, we felt we had no choice but to pay it to avoid any delays.

The app was ineffective, offering no meaningful updates and only creating false hope about progress. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Hasnain from the blue team handled the purchase of my house very quick and efficiently.
Having the app the sign documents and keep track was a game changer. The whole process took 6 weeks to the day!
Would recommend.

We started the house buying process from November 2025. Jermaine was with us all through chasing the other side, updating up verifying documents and generally proactive. Because of this any further purchases will be going through Gorvins / Jermaine!

This was my first house purchase and I was not sure how will this work as I was told by my friends its a complicated process due to legal requirments. Then I come across this firm and I was very lucky that Matthew McGuinness was assigned as my case worker. MATTHEW did really well all way long until the complition. After speaking over the phone calls I was fully satisified as Matthew explained me the whole process. During house purchase I had to fly out abroad and was stuck due to middle east crisis. Matthew communicated via email and the app promptly. Also thanks to the Gorvins App which was very handy. I give 10 out of 10. Thank you very much MATTHEW for every effort you did for me. I will use this firm GORVINS again and will eapically ask for Matthew as a case handler.

Wow! All I can say for Dulcie May and her team at Gorvins Residential. We had a purchase and sale and from start to finish the service was AMAZING! The communication from Dulcie and her team was outstanding, nothing was too much to ask. For how stressful moving can be, we always felt confident knowing Dulcie and her team were looking after us.
They were professional, efficient and supportive and we really couldn’t have got through it without them.

Can’t praise Gorvins enough following my recent property purchase and specifically Saffron.

Things moved at a great pace and I was supported at every stage, it was also excellent service from saffron and when I rang her direct number I actually got through, which isn't something I normally have with a solicitor.

My messages on the app were responded to quickly and when if I had questions or issues, they were answered and fixed immediately.

Mario was dealing with my property purchase case and did absolutely great job, highly recommended, made all the process easy and smoothly going, kept updating and explaining all enquiries, five stars service! Thank you!
