I recommend everyone not to use this company anymore.this is fake& also, they are not responsible for the delivery at all. I missed nearly £ 70 parcel& they are telling me that I have to contact the courier agency. How do I know that which courier agency is dealing their parcel service. So, please don’t waste your time & money. Thank you.
Received the products but took more than three weeks. I chose to pay for shipping rather than getting the free, slow service. Still it took time. They blamed it on the distributor/shipping company, PostNord, which could be true but as a consumer I'm not happy - and I was not given any recognition (discount on next purchase, free shipping or any other courtesy) after comunicating with their "customer service". I might use them again if the price is right and I'm in no rush. But impressed? Not.
